A bowl full of yum, that's why we put our name on it. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or meatatarian, the Choolaah bowl has something for every dietary preference. Just choose your favorite responsibly sourced proteins, select a rice and add one of our delicious Masalas.
Perfect Balance Bowl
A Protein of your choice combined with roasted veggies plus a half portion of rice and just the right amount of masala of your choosing.
Pro Bowl
The Pro Bowl comes with a double serving of our marinated roasted veggies paired with your choice of a premium sourced protein.
Choolaah Salad
Gourmet salad made with spring mix, romaine, crispy wheat naan chips, roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower, chickpeas, golden raisins, topped with your favorite protein and choice of housemade dressing.

An all-time favorite street snack. It's kinda like an Indian version of a veggie sloppy joe. A flavorful bowl of bhaji vegetables served with fresh-baked, lightly buttered, toasted buns (V).

Deep marinated and tandoor roasted to perfection. Our Chicken is humanely handled and fed an all-vegetarian diet with no antibiotics, by-products, or artificial ingredients because we believe a chicken should taste like, well, chicken (GF).
Lamb Meatballs
Tender meatballs made with our custom ground spice blend and fresh herbs making them flavor-packed with just the right amount of kick. Halal certified & family ranched with earth-friendly practices (GF).
Salmon
Marinated and cooked to flaky, moist perfection. Our salmon comes from the pristine waters of the Faroe Islands. Each salmon is fed a natural diet rich in sustainable marine resources, is Non-GMO, uses no antibiotics, and is Global GAP & ASC certified (GF).
Paneer
Choolaah's fresh-curd paneer cheese is inspired by co-CEO Randhir's grandmother's own family recipe. Made from wholesome milk, our paneer is a fresh cheese masterpiece. Choolaah believes in using our resources to support family farms. Randhir's grandmother would approve. (V, GF)

Tikka Masala
Our signature creamy tomato sauce, simmered with exotic herbs and spices, pairs perfectly with everything. The British actually claim it was invented there, but we're still a bit dubious about that. (V, GF).
Chickpea Masala
This staple of Indian households is slow-cooked, just like Grandma does. (VE, GF).
Black Lentil Daal
Black lentils, tomatoes, and spices are simmered to a deep, rich and creamy finish. It's yum for your tum (V, GF).
Yellow Lentil Daal
We use three types of lentils and slow cook them with veggies, herbs, and spices to create a creamy cornucopia of flavors. Mom-approved (VE, GF).
Half Rice & Half Masala
Half portion of white or brown basmati rice, plus a half portion of masala or daal.

This is a a good alternative to Chipotle... I like their Western presentation of Indian foods. Indian dishes like paneer, chickpea masala, rajma (black lentils) and many more are blended with America familiarities like roasted corn and other western ingredients to give a unique presentation that actually tastes good!

I like the make your own bowl options here a bit better than the chipotle counterpart.

I had an exceptional experience at Choolaah! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The restaurant was super clean and even smelled inviting the moment I walked in.

What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the kindness and warmth from Savannah at the front counter. She greeted me with genuine friendliness, walked me through the menu with patience, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. It’s...
