A bowl full of yum, that's why we put our name on it. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or meatatarian, the Choolaah bowl has something for every dietary preference. Just choose your favorite responsibly sourced proteins, select a rice and add one of our delicious Masalas.
Perfect Balance Bowl
A Protein of your choice combined with roasted veggies plus a half portion of rice and just the right amount of masala of your choosing.
Pro Bowl
The Pro Bowl comes with a double serving of our marinated roasted veggies paired with your choice of a premium sourced protein.

Black Lentil Daal
Black lentils, tomatoes, and spices are simmered to a deep, rich and creamy finish. It's yum for your tum (V, GF).

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I needed to. I got the pro bowl because I eat keto. Everything was delicious and a flavor profile I wasn't expecting, but the online order menu is deceiving. It says going low carb, the picture shows mostly meat, cauliflower, and zucchini, and I didn't realize it has a ton of sweet potatoes which are lower carbs than potatoes but I don't eat those in my diet. I also bit into two small pieces of bones in the lamb meatballs,...

Stopped by Choolah while in Cleveland for a work trip, and it was a great spot for a quick, fresh meal. The flavors were solid, and the place had a nice, clean vibe. Definitely planning to come back in a few months when I’m back in town!
