This is a restaurant for lunch at best. Anything after 2:30 will be NOT fresh whatsoever. The staff is not the most friendly and they don't play music in the restaurant it seems. They really need to clean more. Clearly being lazy and rude is a standard. I watched their behavior to a guest after me and it made me not want to come back. May give it one LAST chance this summer. May not.

The bang bang chicken was pretty good, The Sesame chicken had kind of a strange taste to it and the beef and broccoli was just horrible. The beef tastes like it’s boiled. Also, the people in the restaurant just aren’t very friendly. I said thank you when they hit me my food and they didn’t even say you’re welcome, they kind of nodded their head. It just didn’t taste very fresh. I should’ve checked reviews before I came but 3.7 Stars is accurate for this place.

Cleveland native, I've visited chop sticks over several plus years and have yet to ever have a bad meal or be disappointed with their service. Highly recommend visiting if your in the University Circle area seeking a nice Asian cuisine. Thank you again Chop Stick and please continue the outstanding work!

Vegetarian options: I've always placed an order for a veggie lo mein and have yet to be disappointed. 5/5 rating!
