Chupas is how the West Side Market USED to be when I was a kid but better. The city of Cleveland is managing the West Side Market and has destroyed its reputation of being an Old World European styled Market with the Huge Variety of items it Used To have and the Vendors they have Driven out, Vendors that gave it it's character of Old World European. Thank GOD for Chupas, holding to the old world style!
Now, if Cleveland would change to that style, their business...

Excellent quality & variety on so many items! Top notch customer service also! I took a chance on some mums from amish country & was so disappointing! Completely brittle & already rotted, complete junk! I purchased 2 from Chupas. WOW!! They are the most beautiful, fullest & most vibrant colored mums I've even seen! Clearly, this family business takes pride in the highest quality of everything they sell. Very competitive prices also. You won't be sorry...

They have great stuff but jeeze, the store is WAY too small. I walked in and the entire store was at a standstill and everyone was in line. I couldn't even shop because everything was completely blocked by everyone in line. I turned around and walked out. I guess you gotta find the times when it's slower to shop there.
