Person on the front counter ,very bad English and had no idea what the hell she was doing ,So happy and was waiting for the sydney shop to open but I couldn't even get a mixed pack cause the lady didn't understand English ,one of the worst experiences I have had in sydney with bad Service ,got 4 minis but could do a 4 pack so I was 4 by themselves and a take home pack as she said they didn't have any more but they had more on display. Need to do better Cinabon .

I have walked past the Cinnabon outlet at Garden City on many occasions. And finally I am gifted a box of four delicious Cinnamon buns with decadent toppings. Hallelujah!

Really unimpressed. Haven’t been since they opened in Robina, went on Thursday afternoon & wont bother to go
back anytime soon . Staff seemed really unhappy & like they didn’t want to be there. The buns looked as if they had been sitting there all day, the icing on the ones we were given didn’t look like it should & like it had ‘separated’ & the oil/ grease covering the bottom of the bun was very unappealing. Very disappointed.
