Is this place about to close? Went in for lunch and they were out of pesto aoli, arugula, and my grilled chicken sandwich wasn't on a ciabatta roll like the menu stated. The chicken tasted like word "seasoning" had never even been spoken around it. The "avocado" was a cup of store bought guac, sealed. The drink cooler and chips racks were also completely bare. Genuinely wondering if this is some sort of "clean out the coolers and shutter the door" situations.

Had lunch here with coworkers yesterday and we were blown away! The experience started with warm, friendly staff who patiently waited for us to review the menu and make our selections. Each sandwich was carefully handcrafted and not just thrown together. We were so surprised at how big these sandwiches were. None of us were able to eat our second half. But let me tell you that the second half was equally as good leftovers today! There are plenty of tables available in front of the store but we decided to sit in the atrium and enjoyed the sounds of a live choir beautifully singing holiday music. Tower City even made it snow! It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Well done by Cleveland Sandwich Company and supported by Tower City!

These sandwiches are amazing! I had a turkey club and it was just phenomenal. M boyfriend had the pork. You absolutely will not be disappointed. Portions are generous, staff is friendly. Check this place out.

This sandwich place was really good! Food was great and staff was super nice. It is a little hard to find because it is inside a building but totally worth it and I highly recommend this place.

I was so excited to try this place and man was I let down. Complete trash start to finish. For starters I was there at 1130 and they don't answer the phone. Keep in mind they had no business when arriving. The space is absolutely filthy and the employees aren't wearing gloves. Guy literally drank his dunkin donuts cup and then grabbed my bread. The bread is on par with bad grocery store bread. They were flipping raw chicken and cooked burgers with the same spatula. We got 3 sandwiches to split and I took one bite of each and threw them out. I eat out several times a week and this is the worst dining experience I've had in several years and I'm surprised the health dept hasn't shut them down. I think subway is awful, but it is much better than this. Cheaper and cleaner too

This is a great addition to a Downtown Cleveland Tower City. The food is very good and the service is great. The owner is very hands on and was there helping cook my order. There is some great items that you can get and the size is great.

Best sandwiches in Cleveland. I had the meatball hoagie the first time and Philly the second. Highly recommend both. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Went here for the first time to try something new for lunch while in town visiting, the people inside both very nice and helpful and I decided to try to BDFC Sandwich it was definitely filling but chicken itself was bland and not very flavorful for me a little too dry. Would give another chance if in the area just would try something else, besides that good price only other recommendation is have a combo option for a drink and a side item or chips.

My review is good news/bad news. I ordered an Italian Beef sandwich from the Tower City location. The good news is that the sandwich was really good. The bad news is that 12 hours later, I developed stomach cramps and diarrhea. I think that the Tower City kitchen is not being cleaned properly or the workers are not keeping their hands clean.
