He crafted an off-menu drink with genuine care and precision, and it was nothing short of phenomenal.
His attention to detail is next-level, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Every ingredient, every pour, every garnish—thoughtful and intentional. This wasn’t just bartending; it was artistry. If you're lucky enough to sit at the bar when Ethan's working, ask questions, be curious—he’ll take you on a journey.

This is one of my favorite bars. We drive approximately an hour to Tremont every time they introduce a menu. We came for an anniversary last night, and they didn't disappoint. The cocktails were very well crafted and delicious. The Festival of the Sun menu has something for every pallet. Always recommend this place. Make reservations.

I’ll say, I had a very good cocktail here. Otherwise, the brisket was completely flavorless and bland aside from a small side of barbecue sauce (literally just needed some salt), the fried eggplant had a light flavor but also needed salt or SOMETHING. The skewers were okay but I could make them at home—literally just veggies and seitan in barbecue sauce. The worse part was that they had the door open during this heatwave and we left after 30 minutes just because we needed to cool down. The table next to us that had just sat were talking about how warm it was at the tables too. It was okay when you stood up or went outside, but sitting in a booth in 85-degree heat indoors with candles lit was kinda wild. Would not go back. You would get way more flavorful food at Cleveland Vegan, Birch Cafe, Little Rose Tavern, or Never Say Dive for half the price. Decent cocktails and our server was very kind, terrible experience otherwise.

Drinks are good and usually fun. Ambiance is always delightful. Food is just 'ok' so manage your expectations. The 90 minute window for your 'table' is always challenging...though understandable in today's profit driven world. 120 minutes would be better, and having staff 'firmly' remind you that you have 30 minutes remaining and then you need to 'leave' was, shocking and should be handled better and with nuance.
My husband and I sat at the bar when they first opened and it was one of my favorite visits thus far because we got to engage with the bar tenders!
