Due to no fault of the Lake House, they experienced a power outage and we were evacuated. We arrived on time for a 3:45 pm reservation, waitress introduced herself, gave us menus and water, as well as “time to look over the menus”. Then we did not see her for 1/2 hour. At that point the fire alarm went off, she arrived to tell us we had to evacuate the restaurant andbthey had a power outage. So I really could not evaluate the food. There see ed to be a lot of fried food on the menu. On the Yelp menu the Lake House had a lobster roll on the menu, but on the menu we received it wasn't there. So that was a disappointment. I believe the power outage continued through the day after our reservation too. So all in all, a disappointment because we traveled 1/2 hour, paid for parking, only to not be able to dine. Maybe we will return sometime in the future after the power issues get worked out.
Food was reasonably priced for the fish options, service was mediocre at best, the place is beautiful and the food was pretty good
It was an amazing experience and I am so glad I ate here. It was a mix between medium price and delicious food! Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and the waiters were very kind. The patio that overlooked the river was stunning!
Killer happy hour deals and really good food! Great views of the river too.
While the food is average, and some might say, slightly above average, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress was very new and not fast by any means. The bar I think is also to blame, as no tables near us were receiving drinks in any orderly fashion. It is nice to sit outside in the sun but it seems as if the staff was not expecting any sort of rush. It seems as if they hired an entire staff, didn’t train them, and threw them in the fire in the most popular part of the city. If the service can improve drastically, my review would likely be improved by 3-4 stars. For now, we are looking at a poor quality service and average food.
Stunning atmosphere, delicious food… and service so slow we aged a year waiting for our server Annacia. If you’re into being ignored in a beautiful setting, this place is a dream.
The food is fantastic, we have visited twice now while in town for the clinic. However the service is awful. Both times we had no one check on us for refills, food took forever to come out over an hour for chicken tenders and a salad, and there was only one other table in at the time. The waitresses are just hanging out in the back chatting by the kitchen. One waitress finally noticed us sitting there forever and went and grabbed our waitress. If they could just get the staff out from the back it would be a great restaurant but we likely won’t be back seeing this is twice now.
Says it's open until 10pm but they have a white board they hand wrote last seating at 8pm. They had 1 customer at a table and rather turn away customers then work until posted hours. Strange way to run a restaurant
I just had an absolutely incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The river view was truly breathtaking, creating such an elegant backdrop for our evening. Despite its sophistication, the atmosphere felt wonderfully cozy and warm, a perfect balance.
We thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the salmon, cooked to perfection and incredibly fresh, and a refreshing Caesar salad. Every single dish was simply delicious. The attentive service also made the night even more special.
I highly recommend it for a special occasion or just for a memorable meal with spectacular views and a welcoming ambiance!
It was a good experience overall. There was an issue with our appetizer, which we pointed out to our server. The manager came over and apologized profusely. She comped the appetizer and gave us a complimentary dessert. We thought we were too full for the warm s'more cookie, but we were wrong! it was delicious and worth the extra pressure on our stomachs!!

Service was very slow and the place not busy at all.
Food, atmosphere, and people, were all, part of the great experience
I love Lindsey's!!! We went at 5 pm, which I think is the perfect time because it's not too busy or loud yet. Everyone in our party enjoyed our time at Lindsey's. The cocktails are yummy, the food is delicious. And it's on the river so you get a pretty view too!!
I had an exceptional experience, the host was SO nice and made the experience so special!!
Good atmosphere, drinks, and food. Right on the water.
