I love the food when it’s made correctly numerous times I’ve ordered my order has been completely wrong. I’ve reached out even tried calling and I’ve gotten no response. Very disappointing.

So, we went first thing in the morning for coffee and bagels. It was pretty intense for being pre-coffee. It had more of a club vibe. Colored spotlights, disco ball, and the music was so loud it was tough to have a morning conversation. And the music selection was pretty aggressive. Lots of foul language and, how do we say nicely... not very uplifting of females. I get "not my style of music' but it was like 8am. On a weekend. Coffee wasn't great, especially considering the price. $4 for a house coffee is more than double what I'd expect. The bagel sandwiches were ok, I guess, but all ingredients were clearly packaged reheats.
We'll try somewhere else next time.
Kid-friendliness: I don't think parents of young kids would love their kids listening to the language in the music.

This was my first time here and I was not amazed in the least bit. We came during lunch on a Sunday and they were mopping up the floors from the late night they had before so it smelled like bleach and cleaning products the whole time we were eating. Once our food came out, everything looked good until I picked up my bagel and grease started nonstop dripping onto the metal pan it came out on. As i’m trying to quench my thirst from the grease fire that’s about to happen in my mouth I go to pour a glass of water my server left for us on our table and the glasses are filthy. Not only are the glasses dirty but the water looked carbonated even though it was only tap. We were not once checked up on until I flagged the server down to pay and we were given no privacy as we were tipping. I felt uncomfortable and unimpressed by this whole experience. I will not be returning.
