Purchased six cupcakes (at $7.50 each) and one blondie brownie for my daughter’s birthday. When we opened the box at home, everything was stale and dry, and the brownie was so hard it was nearly inedible. The frosting, which was supposed to be vanilla, had a strange and unpleasant underlying flavor. Given the price, I was extremely disappointed and expected the items to be fresh at the very least.
I called the store to report the issue and was met with a completely nonchalant attitude and what felt like unreasonable questions. I asked to speak with Greta, who I was told is the manager, and was informed she was not available but would call me back. That call never happened.
Afterward, I found multiple online reviews stating that this shop has issued refunds in similar situations. I was told directly that they “never” do refunds, yet numerous customer experiences online clearly indicate otherwise. This entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the cost and the occasion.

Oh wow, this is the worst cookies and cupcakes I've ever had in my life. They look so good when you go in to purchase them but once you taste them,you almost want to throw up. They almost taste like stale and dense- kinda like you are taking a bite of cardboard with stale frosting. Also, it's the most expensive bakery I've ever been in my life, 5 dollars for 1 cookie is insane. Trust me, im a pretty good food critic so don't waste your time or money going there!

the place is cute. But the cupcakes are disgusting, they were dry and tasted spoiled. It was cold in here and the frosting was hard came off my cupcake. the cupcakes are left out which is overly disgusting. I would never come back

Deserves 0 stars but have to give one to comment… Cupcakes were old, stale and crumbled apart. Icing was one big clump of butter cream. Bought a 6 pack of cupcakes and 2 brownies for $46. Waste of money. I do not recommend this place.

The service was fine, though she said we HAD to buy at least 4 cupcakes. The cake part was a little dry but ok. The icing was the bad part. There's a weird chemical taste to it. We got different cupcakes with different icings but still had that gross taste to it. I ended up wiping off the icing and just eating the cake part.

I used to frequent this shop when it first opened. I worked in the arcade and loved it! The atmosphere was beautiful. I came back to experience some nostalgia and it was anything but that.. the shop looks run down now. The customer service is subpar and the cupcakes....7.50... what happened? I still got one just cause I missed them but it wasn't great. Hopefully they can revamp one day and get back to when they first opened.

Was in Cleveland for day. Colossal was across from our hotel and we thought we would drop by for something sweet. Smelled amazing walking in. One lady at counter we ask what best cupcake she responded dry like it depends on day. Then stated one was butter crème other was cream cheese. We was excited to try a few. I ask about the fruity pebbles one and if it was good and she responded it’s a white cake with butter cream. Very dry , very uninterested and like we was bothering her asking about the cupcakes. Not welcoming and not friendly. We all looked at one another and opted not to spend our money there especially at the steep price of $7.50 each. Very disappointed. Downtown location
Brought 4 cupcakes, one for myself and the others for a birthday gift.Dry with an awful after taste. Wasted $30.00. Terrible!!!

I didn't get anything because posted Hours of 9am- 9pm wasn't TRUE. I'M honestly pissed off because I work 2 jobs & free time is limited. I chdcked wrbpage, i also dbl checked hrs if operation. THEN I drove allllll the way downtown on SUNDAY to get a treat for a friend's birthday & the store was CLIOSED 630PM!!!!! Lights on , nothing posted on door. Pissed, Annoyed & couldn't treat a friend for their birthday. DISAPPOINTED & Pissed
