Cupcakes were extremely stale and dry. Can’t believe I spend $7.50 per cupcake only to take a bite of each and throw them away. I’d never recommend coming here.

Fairly expensive. Rather unremarkable. Ice cold cupcake means hard icing and little flavour. I doubt I would return.

The toppings on the cup cakes are stale and the icing hard to eat from being frozen

Not even close to being worth paying for

EXTREMELY OVERRATED. It's a freaking regular damn cupcake.

Really disappointed took a Lyft with my daughter from our hotel room only to find them closed. Online said they were open until 11pm and we got there before 10pm and doors were locked and no employees insight. My daughter was really bummed and I wasted almost $10 in Lyft fare.

Unexpectedly came across this cute little cupcake shop during our site seeing adventures and I am SO glad we did! Couldn’t decide which one we wanted so we ended up walking out with a 1/2 dozen. Each cupcake was worth every penny!

Clossol Cupcake has a super fancy and charming ambiance that makes it feel really special from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, polite, and adds to the pleasant experience. While the cakes were just okay for my personal taste, I still enjoyed trying them and appreciated the variety they offer. Everything else—from the decor to the presentation—was lovely. It's a cute place to visit if you're into sweet treats and pretty vibes. Worth checking out!

Not a bad cupcake, but not worth the $7.50 it was for one singular cupcake.

We visit Cleveland once a year and coming here has been a tradition. However, it stops after this year. It is just not what it used to be. The frosting is disgusting. I am a baker myself and make better buttercreme frosting at home. This tastes like an oily mess. The cupcakes are "eh." We were shocked to see that the price is now $7.50 a cupcake. It's beyond ridiculous even for the size. We will not be coming back here again as it is super expensive and subpar.

Got a cookie first time coming here. Tasted awful and old. Had a weird chemically aftertaste too. Had to throw out. Service was nice and friendly tho. Unfortunate.

We went at 5:00 on a Friday evening. I was really excited to try it and preemptively posted my filled cupcake box to social media. These cupcakes looked amazing! But I watched How I Met Your Mother and am familiar with the cheerleader effect. Individually these cupcakes didn’t look that good. And they weren’t. The sprinkles are obviously old or freezer burnt. The icing tastes like crisco with powdered sugar. The cake had zero flavor (no, I don’t have covid. My pink drink from Starbucks currently tastes like strawberry coconut) and was horrendously dry. My husband said it was the worst thing he’s ever eaten, and while I don’t think they’re that awful, I won’t be finishing them. I tried. Each one was worse than the last one. I took pictures, but I’m not sure how to share them. I’ve never left a bad review before.
