My daughter ordered here, wasted her money, she tried to speak with the owner to come to a resolution and she was refused assistance. don’t believe the automated replies, there is no resolution being provided to any of these complaints. I’m sorry to say you should not waste your money or time here.

Went to a party that had gotten a whole bunch of wings from here and they were terrible. The sauce was like a really poorly sweet and sour sauce but they called it something else. The bbq wings also tasted funny. Felt so bad for my friend for spending all that money and not getting any kind of refund. They had to throw it away because no one went back for seconds. Haven’t tried anything else on the menu but would recommend skipping the wings and going just about anywhere else.

Truthfully, the food isn't great. Went by today to test out a small business and the chicken i ordered was cold the fries were soggy and lacking seasoning, the service as well was upsetting. A young lady served me and gave me a very rude attitude. I asked her to add extra sauce to my order and she said “That’s an extra .50 cents are you sure you still want it if its not free?” Insinuating i was too poor to pay an additional 50 cents for my meal. Additionally i went to use the restroom before leaving and it reeked of week old pee with toilet paper on the ground and a suspicious brown substance on the walls and sink faucet. I would urge people to avoid a place that cant maintain sanitary levels or atleast put on a kind attitude to new customers.

I was really disappointed with my experience at CLE Comfort. The chicken was honestly nasty, extremely dry, overcooked, and completely lacking flavor. It tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. For a place that markets itself around “comfort,” the food was anything but comforting.
On top of that, the prices are incredibly overpriced for what you get. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this was nowhere near worth it. Small portions, dry chicken, and a bill that made me question my life choices.
Definitely not worth the hype or the money. I won’t be coming back.

Tried this chicken. Not worth the price or the hype. I ended up just throwing it away. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.
Mediocre customer service. It’s a shame that your own community doesn’t know how to treat customers. Can’t have so many black hero’s on the wall and act the way they do.
Hopefully they teach the staff some skills and try adding some flavor to that banana pudding. Scrap the recipes for the chicken and start over, I won’t be back.
