My husband and I went to Chef Wells' thai cooking class yesterday and bad a really great time. All of the food was delicious and the recipes were easy to follow. I look forward to trying some of them at home.

Had such an awesome experience?Chef is engaging, knowledgeable, funny and patient! My neice treated me and my sister for JUNETEENTH so we cooked some southern foods (grits/shrimp, chicken, kale, tossed salad, Mac n cheese, jalapeño corn bread muffins and peach cobbler for dessert). Would HIGHLY recommend cooking with Chef❤️???

Just went for a cooking class with my wife. Last time she went with our daughter it was 8 participants. This time there were 21 excluding us two. The kitchen was approximately 350 square feet but not even room for 23 participants excluding the three instructors. Did not get a chance to cook all the dishes on the menu because there were too many of us in the class. We were divided into “teams” and assigned a dish to cook. The food each team cooked was good just was disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to cook all the dishes.

Chef taught me to cook! We made what i titles the “Cleveland Gumbo” bc our team was the underdog favorite… I’m definitely coming here again!
Very professional and the food was awesome!
Cooking with Chef Wells was a wonderful experience. We had so much fun. He is funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. He really knows how to engage a group. We did the Tex Mex theme. We were split into 4 competing groups. We made quesadillas, pork tenderloins, salad with ranch from scratch and homemade pickled onions, Mexican brownies, 5 alarm chili, bean salsa & regular salsa. Everything was delicious and the winning group took home medals & bragging rights. I would definitely recommend.
