My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place for our dessert and breakfast cravings! The staff are always super nice and we absolutely love one in particular! She always goes above and beyond for us sneaking a little extra on the house❤The food is always divine and yet most people complain about the hours it's understandable given how hard they work to constantly provide their amazing food and effort! My personal favorite is the Cassatta?Vegetarian options: I feel you could find options vegetarian wise!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free foods!Kid-friendliness: Super nice and definitely child friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely easy in and out access along with dine in access!

This place could make a fortune if they just had good management! It’s almost always closed, even when they have eager customers waiting for Playhouse Square shows. When they are open, the one, sometimes two, people working there are very slow and lack anything related to customer service. Most of the cookies taste identical with only variations on top. The pastries and bars are very good. It’s all very satisfying before a show, if they’re open and if you don’t mind waiting.

Need to update hours on your website. As a visitor from out of town, I walked 1 1/2 blocks in the freezing weather and snow expecting shop to be open until 7:30 on Friday as posted. All was dark and the door sign had closing time of 3:00. :-(

I went here for the first time this morning with a friend of mine and it was so so good!! There donuts were fresh and delicious, Breakfast sandwich was perfect and the coffee was good too!! Very friendly upbeat setting, I highly recommend stopping in!! There is so much to choose from!

I randomly called this place due to Google. Little Italy has a great reputation, I needed a cake near my downtown Cleve job for my coworker/bestie, Chelsea and ended up with a winder cassata cake. Was ordered and picked up within a couple hours. (I believe this cake was the LAST and was available) I was working on the fly! LolHowever, this cake was perfect. She loved it! The cake tasted very clean and refreshing. Fresh! The strawberries had their crisp flavor and texture as well.Can I also mention that it smelled amazing when I walked in? Because it did!I'm not even a sweet eater but you'll instantly crave something.I highly recommend you check it out.

This place never fails to disappoint. My office is right next door, so I've been here a number of times out of convenience. It's absolute rubbish food. Nothing tastes fresh, and everything has a frozen/thawed feel to it. Reminds me a lot of the cheap Chinese buffet style desserts made of the absolute lowest quality ingredients possible.

Delicious bakery right in the heart of Playhouse Square. Pizza was tasty if you like a thick base and crust. Lobster tail was slightly tough on the ends, but the rest was delicious.
