I stayed in Cleveland for three days and visited this bakery four times. The pastry and coffee were unparalleled and the cannoli was the best I have ever had in my life. The flaky pastries were better than most that I have had in Italy and Portugal! I am sad to live so far from here or I would have their sweet treats at every occasion. 14/10 recommend.

Great shot of espresso.

Must stop by if in the area. At least get one dessert item and a coffee or espresso. This is an institution in this street in Cleveland’s little Italy.

Cannoli and sfogliatelle were as good as anything I’ve had in Naples.

Whoever heard of an Italian bakery that doesn’t sell plain Italian bread? Pretty ridiculous.

My husband and I came in the end of March while we were in town. We got about 6-8 different kinds of cookies and they all tasted freezer burnt and were hard. Went ended up throwing them all away. You couldn’t really taste much of anything other than the freezer burn. I had heard such good things 😞

We stopped in last night after eating dinner at Mama Santa's to take some goodies back to PA. Everything was as good as we remembered when we were here last year!! Fantastic service and delicious, decadent pastries!!

I am by no means a "germaphobe" but I do appreciate basic hygiene, especially since I used to work in the food industry. I was in there today and watched the lady with the black hair get someone's pastries, handle cash and get change with a glove on, then help the next customer without changing her glove and handle pastries with that same glove. Thought maybe she just forgot, but she did the same exact thing with the next person with the same exact glove. Did not change it at all. Even worse she used that hand withe the glove on to dig out coins from the register.
Luckily I had another woman who changed gloves between customers otherwise I would have refused my orders.
Not only is this unhygienic, but this could lead to a potential allergic hazard due to cross contamination. Please send your employees to some sort of hygiene class, this is not the first review about hygiene on here.

Stopped in for a year after a lunch in the area.

Good coffee and tea selection, but also love the bakery items. I had a couple scones and enjoyed it all.
