Corleones used to be one of our favorite restaurants. We have been dining here since the mid 90's when it was a tiny little restaurant. We have introduced this restaurant to our friends who have also loved it. We were so disappointed with our most recent experience. The service was so slow. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant, so we found it odd that it took so long to get our food. To be fair, our server was attentive and did her best. When we finally received our food, we were so disappointed. Not sure if there is a new chef but the food is not the same. Quality is much lower than we expected- and had been used to. The veal parm was so disappointing. The sauce completely changed (not as good) the portion was smaller and the price was higher. We requested the vodka sauce and an $8 up charge was added. We were aware of the charge- but seriously? Also ordered chicken piccata and was completely disappointed. It used to be chicken that was pounded thin, and lots of flavor. The chicken came out in 3 blobs, was tough and flavorless. I asked for a garlic and oil sauce for my pasta, but was also told it would be $8. Instead I chose the piccata sauce for an extra $3. Really? The portion of pasta was so small that it didn't warrant any additional $. It's not like they had to make extra sauce. I don't mind paying extra charges when necessary, but based on the quality of food and portion size- it was really disappointing. This isn't to smear Corleones- but hopefully the owner realizes that the reputation of the restaurant is based on quality and service- both of which were very off.
We had excellent service with our excellent meals. Our server was Diana and she was great. Very personable.
My wife and I were impressed with our meals. She had a fried eggplant dish with cheese and tomato sauce that was a generous serving and she loved. I had sea scallops special with artichoke/cherry tomatoes/baby potatoes/spinach in a sherry wine reduction sauce. Very reasonable price for good quality food. Also
Food was delicious, the 3 members of my party all had chicken dishes and 2 of us shared the caprese salad. Only disappointments were accessibility for elderly and putting cc company fee on the bill.
A very nice atmosphere and overall good quality Italian food. The menu was very diverse and provided some rather unique offerings. The only criticism is that they use too much olive oil in their olive oil and garlic recipes, which can sometimes overwhelm the meat/fish/pasta.
Great food and service !
The service was ok. Where our table was, we kept getting run into by people walking by. The chicken was over cooked. Food was expensive for the portion sizes.
Overall the food was good but not as good as in prior visits. Although not very busy the service was very slow....for example it took about 15 minutes for our drinks (2 people with 1 drink each) to arrive. This may have been due to an understaffed bar versus our server (Sherri) fault. Sherri was friendly and knowledgeable.
Phenomenal food and atmosphere tucked away in a little spot in parma.
We visited for Mothers Day and were not disappointed. Beautiful menu to chose from with a friendly team of people. Food was exceptional. Served fast and hot arise. presentation was breath taking. We really enjoyed our visit and will come back again for any special occasion that arises.

The food is amazing! This was my first time here and I can't wait to go back and try more! The service was great as well!
Corleone's is one of my favorite local Italian restaurants but Mother's Day brunch was a dud, in my family's opinion. First, they tried to seat us at the outdoor patio, on a chilly morning. They didn't even ask us if it was okay before the led us out there. There was no way my 87 year old mother in law was going to sit out there. We were all underwhelmed by the brunch menu. There were a some breakfast dishes and lots of sandwiches. At 11:00 AM we were hoping for something more. Some pasta dishes would have been nice. The vegetable wrap with parmesan fries was bland. The Caprese salad sandwich would have been best left as a salad and was also bland. The bread was soggy. There were a few drops of balsamic but not enough to give it any flavor. We had to ask for salt and pepper to season our food, as there was none on the table. Halfway through our meal, they tried to squeezing a couple into the corner, next to us. The couple tried repositioning the table, in a futile attempt to provide more space, but they ended up moving. Anyone could see this was not going to work out. I wish they would have posted the menu online before the event. Then we would have known this was not something we'd enjoy. On a more positive note, our server was delightful. A sweet woman with a Polish accent. We'll be back but we're going to stick to dinner.
Food is fresh and delicious. Good friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Everything was average, except the service which was awful! I waited for two hours for our food after ordering, my children crying because we were there too long (and they were hungry). Nobody apologized for the wait, I was just left with my family in the corner... forgotten for hours. Nobody to check in on us. We couldn't leave because nobody was available to bring us a bill. This actually turned into a negative core memory that impacted future restaurant visits with my family.
A terrible restaurant. They came and stood for 20 minutes before at least one of the waiters expressed a desire to do their job and come up to us and invite us to sit down with a table.Although there were almost no people in the establishment
