The lines where down the aisles but they had all the registers open and people directing the line!!

The lines to check out were incredibly long. There was no employees helping to keep lines in control. In fact, one employee walking past ALL the people that were being herded tword the checkout, was telling people to just get used to all the confusion. This is normal here! Not for us, we won't be coming back to Costco! Even the parking lot was a mess.

From the Northwest, I've never been to a Costco where there is ample parking and short checkout lines, but there are both here. Not quite worth a trip to Cleveland, but delightful nonetheless.
