Very rude and unnecessarily unprofessional experience. I was greeted and asked what the name was on my order. As the associate was finishing my drink she said it wasn’t ready and she was working on it. I sat for over 10min and decided to just take a look at the pick up area and saw she placed my order without notice. My shake was not a shake anymore thank you. To 2 lady associates working 8.25 at 7pm

The Nutella crêpe was chewy and barely cuttable with a knife. It was cold, and there was barely any Nutella inside. ham and cheese crêpe was cold. There was some sort of sauce all over the top of it, even though I asked for no sauce —- to put it on the side. Yeah, we said we were dining in yet. They packaged the entire order to go, and it was very difficult to eat on plastic containers.
Any place that has crêpe in their name should know how to make them. They obviously do not know.. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Did the build your own fries. Very good but wish they would of put more of the ingredients i picked. Also tried the Dubai Chocolate shake. It was very good! Staff was very friendly.
