Not my first visit but definitely my worst. Ordered a burger with mushrooms and cheese because it was 2 minutes to close (appointments don’t always accommodate cafe times) and I wasn’t allowed any other meat. Paid for mushrooms that I never got but saw in the bin. then. My sister was about to pick her side dish and I watched them dump the entire bowl in the garbage leaving her with no choice but the Luke warm fries. The staff was very verbal about how they were closed yet it was still 2 minutes to 3. The drinks were closed so we were unable able to get one. Since coming here a few times in there last 3 years the staff has become progressively ruder. Please remember we are guests not all employees and if I spoke the way some of these staff members do I would lose my job. Please, treat people like you want to be treated.

And I do not like The Food Emporium closes at 3:00 they're shutting down at 2:45 taco station inside of Cleveland Clinic soon as you walk in as the first thing you see I don't know what's the people that work their problem is I was so upset when I left there I was just there 2 days ago I had to walk away and not buy my food I wasn't given the right information as to how much it costs or what size it is or what portions I would be given but once it was prepared I what's disappointed how much does it cost they want to give you half a scoop of rice a pinch of onions a pinch of cheese and I was the only one that spoke up and when I did it was a problem complete attitudes I will never come back to Taco Stand ever also the other station that has the vegan burgers I stood there 15 minutes and never got my sandwich I walked away and it seems like the burgers have gotten smaller definitely not worth $10 also they had no side dishes the broccoli was old and dried out and I was told you can substitute for the nasty backlash chips that I did not wantVegetarian options: Need more vegan options everyone cannot eat jalapenos let's bring some pickles in and RomaineParking: I don't understand why we're being charged to park Cleveland Clinic what are medical insurance is paying for us to be there it's free for the first hour but you're always inside over an hour

I brought my family here for an early appointment and hadn't had breakfast.. Although it was 10:37am, I brought a really hefty morning appetite with me. I approached the counter and was told I had to wait 17 minutes until it opened up. I requested a sample til then, was I super hungry absolutely! Lol, he said No! So here's your review Mr. No

Poke station: Always a great option. I always request chop sticks. Tofu or chicken terriyaki rice bowl with 5 toppings.Pizza: good dough, decent toppings. sometimes overcooked, but not too expensive.Grill: grilled cheese is solid. chef's special sometimes good. sides are average, not bad. but the menu skews to fatty salty sauces. veggies are often dried out and oversalted for my taste.Starbucks: the baristas are sweet and sassy.Taco/Burritos: Love the concept and the ingredients. But the execution is not very good. Rice is often undercooked. Same with the charred onions. Occasionally the ingredients will touch on the line. Disappointed.

Went to the taco spot for a bowl. rice was undercooked and hard. purchased as take out and wasn't offered a bag or anything.

It looks like a nice place but the menu is a bit too complex/detailed for me. I like simple meals and nothing on the digital menu was appealing to me.

I've been to the Crile food emporium many times and I always go to the Korean station of the many food stations you can choose to eat from. If they had a place outside of the clinic that you can actually go to, I'd be there all the time.

Rice bowls are the best from here. It is pricy as to be expected so bring money.

We ate within this area three times today, really still wish they had some more normal snack items and drinks. It would also be nice considered lowering the prices. Three people to eat cost over $40 for basically fast food or salad bar fare.

Very convenient for patients of the Cleveland Clinic and their families. Wide range of foods available from sandwiches to burgers to pizza. A little on the expensive side but you expect that in a hospital complex.
