Great food. We ended up walking in around midnight and waited 10 minutes for our order. Everything tasted great. We got a steak calzone and baked Oreos. The Oreos were divine! The next night we ordered again through GRUBHUB.
Seem to be one of the places open late night. When staying at a nearby hotel. Had a chicken parmesan.
Only complaint is that’s there’s not enough on the inside of the calzone. Mostly dough.
Late night 4am came in handy great food delicious
DP Dough is an essential campus staple and I’m so happy to have discovered the CSU variant. I’ll be coming here anytime I’m headed to DTCLE events of any sort. Buffer Zone is an all time classic!
Closed…..Not sure if permanent
Either they don't care or just don't pay attention. It's like they never hear what u say and just give you what ever
I placed an online pick up to the downtown CLE location. This is maybe upwards of my 50th order (I live downtown don’t judge) however, this time around I walk in only to be told their new policy. They don’t start your online orders until you arrive, I thought that doesn’t make any sense if I wanted to come in and wait inside the store I would order inside. So I walk into an empty store, and have to stand here awkwardly while I have to wait 10 minutes for my food because it hasn’t been started yet.
The service is

I’m not the type to ever complain or leave reviews, but I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience. After waiting two and a half hours for my delivery, I had to drive to the location myself because it never arrived. When I got there, I found out that the delivery driver had walked out, and the manager knew there was only one person working but did nothing to fix the situation. Instead of addressing the issue, they left one employee struggling to manage everything alone, including deliveries. Why wasn’t I made aware of this situation? If the delivery driver had walked out and there was no one to handle my order, why wasn’t my order cancelled or at least communicated to me?
This wasted so much of my precious time. I spent hours waiting and driving to pick up an order that should have been delivered. I expect a full refund for this terrible experience and will not be ordering from here again. Management’s failure to take responsibility and provide proper service is unacceptable. I will be calling the manager tomorrow.

Took forever to get my order. I was only person waiting for my food and no employees in sight. My order was sitting in the oven for a good 15 minutes . All of the workers were outside watching some motorcycle outside.

Never got my order that I paid for, they dropped it off at hotel security and never informed me. Then wouldn’t do anything to make the situation right. Never doubted they delivered it, just wanted compensation for lack of care

Even tho this is an area of high crime I feel that the staff did the best that they are able to do. Some don't realize that staff have limits on how much they are allowed to interact.

The service here alone is a 10/10. I love that they are open late and serve great food! I got the Roni Zone just to try something simple and I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

If this place is supposed to be known for their calzones then they should rethink their whole concept. My husband ordered the Bro Zone and I ordered the Cheese Zone and added my own ingredients. The price they charge is not worth the quality or the quantity that they give you. In my calzone it literally had 10 ingredients inside not counting the marinara sauce and it was so thin. I had mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta cheese, ham, bacon, onions, mushrooms, black olives and garlic and it was so thin that the ingredients were almost non existent, except for the disappointing ham lunch meat they cut up and put in there, it was appalling. My husband looked at me when he saw his "Bro" Zone and asked if this was a kids size. He then took a bite and looked at me again and said " This place will NEVER see us again." When he said that I knew he was really upset. Thankfully when I ordered this I had a discount through Door Dash b/c $16 and up for one of those is ridiculous. Those calzones are so small and thin it's shocking that they have the audacity to charge those prices for them, especially when you're paying for ingredients that are questionable at best. The Bro also had multiple ingredients mostly all meat and he added onions, which should have made that calzone big and full but sadly it was as flat as a pancake ? my husband doesn't usually complain, so for him to say something about it says a lot. Also, before we ordered I had read the reviews and saw that this store had closed down and recently reopened so new owners could do a relaunch of their brand/food, after trying what's supposed to be "the new and improved" is an utter disappointment. I honestly think they either rushed their relaunch or the new owners don't have a clue, either way don't waste your time or your money because you will still end up being HANGRY!
