This place has a fantastic sandwich. Their fries are great as well. My go to is a hot Italian. The pricEs are very reasonable for the portion sizes. I would like their hours to be expanded into the evening, as they are mainly open for lunch and very early dinner. But this is an owner-run establishment. It's the owner and his wife who do all the work; no one else is employed there as far as I've seen. Given that, I think it's very understandable that they don't want to work long shifts. A lot of people complain about the demeanor of the owner. He doesn't really take any s**** If you're in there trying to order something with a bunch of substitutions, he's not going to be receptive to that. He has a menu, and he expects you to order from it, not make it your own. The only time he seemed irritated with me, was when I asked him which sandwiches can be ordered hot. He responded with saying some sandwiches you won't want hot, which points back to my earlier point about substitutions. This is a small business operated directly by the owner. You're going for the food, not the aesthetics.

The best sandwich shop that Parma has to offer. This is a hot spot during lunch time, so expect some delays or order online. The staff here tells you how it is and I love them for that. They are nice and welcoming. The bread is some of the best bread I've had and it definitely makes the sandwiches. If you're in the area and in the mood for a sandwich then this is a must try. I can't wait to come back

Best sandwich shop in parma. And if they are closed (after 4pm) head to sip-n-post in Royalton for the same menu!

Nasty greasy sandwiches with a side of bad attitude from the older employees. Will NOT be going there again I guarantee

I was taken back by the short-tempered, inpatient owner as he took my order. I was almost Turned off from even wanting to try the food. I will say my hot corn beef sandwich was tasty and my boyfriend enjoyed his Ruben. Customer service can ruin the experience.

Great Sandwiches only open limited hours. They are not usually open after 4pm

The reviews are spot on. The owner looked annoyed but his bacon cheeseburger sub was awesome! I'll be back. A great sandwich is worth a bit of hike to get there.

Love this place... Trust me... Try the "Hard Hat." Similar to another sandwich from a chain... But so much better. Their "Dagwood" sandwich is ridiculous. (Fresh bread, meats and cheese.... With coleslaw... ***Sigh*** So good.) I HATE ketchup... But with the unreal fries that they serve here.... I hate it but they can win anyone over... Fantastic food.

This place is awesome. The guy who takes the order is surly and I couldn't care less. The sandwiches are great. My two favorite are the signature; Dagwood, and the hard hat which is essentially a more authentic Roman burger. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. I'd also recommend getting a side, the mozzarella sticks are almost more affordable than if you got them from Costco. I'd recommend calling before you stop up, they seem to be closed on random days.

Great food and fast service but expect rudeness from who I assume is the owner. With the limited hours and nasty attitude one has to wonder how they stay in business.

I rarely write reviews yet detailed ones so i felt the need to share here. Two things i saw on other reviews that are ridiculous1. Sloppy sandwiches... that is because the owners give you a lot of food abd bang for your buck. If you want a neat sandwich go to subway and get a small portioned out and overpriced sandwich2. I have came here since 2009. Not once have the owners been rude. They are very nice people and ive talked to them quite a bit. I think people may get this impression for the following reason. Customer service is huge in the food and service industry. However, there is a difference between a small sandwich shop (where the goal is get you in and out quick) and a sit down restaurant where you have a server. I dont know if some of you expect red carper treatment, but the owners are anything but rude. They are aiming to give quick service so u come back. Some days, yes u can tell they are stressed. as someone that has done what they have, you have days where u have 30 call in orders and a store of 5 to 6 people and that can effect you. Any signs of stress shows they care and just dont have the attitude we see busy, you get your order when u get it. Just wanted to clear this up with my experiences, because as a place i have went to for years the owners are great and anything but rude
