I don’t understand how hard it is to give what is ordered. We specifically asked for extra base and extra cookie dough. The kid already sounded like he wasn’t paying attention. Guess he really wasn’t because we just got basically all ice cream. The snickerdoodle one is seasonal and it’s the only one I actually like. It’s not that hard to make a blizzard. Id hate to see you be asked of anything else…

I had my daughter order me a shake. She brought it home and the sheep didn't have the chocolate chips in it like it was supposed to. So I called the store. I can't leave my house due to a medical reason in the store literally told me that they can't do anything virus unless I bring it back the same day. Mind you it is also 9 o'clock at night. I want a refund or my shake made right ridiculous

Absolutely awful when it comes to the quality of the items. Blizzards have next to nothing in them and blended only a couple inches down. It’s basically just a cup of vanilla soft serve for 7.00. Nothing comes with whipped cream that’s supposed to. Almost no sauce on sundaes. Horrible.

Why when I get an ice cream that have brownies inside, it’s always cold but when I get the same order from W.105th , the brownie is always warm and soft. Something is always off when I come here. You would think they’re two different places.
