It’s Dairy Queen so not much to say. Although the staff was friendly amidst 4 girls softball teams to serve they were still friendly and courteous.

i thoroughly enjoyed my visit here at this dairy queen! my close friend and i, ted, were stopping in from up north and we happened to find ourselves looking for some type of sweet treat. my friend ted was anxious from being away from home and his girlfriend, so we got him an ice cream and he felt amazing. the staff was super sweet to him too, classic though of a dairy queen to be amazing and so very kind to customers. my dearest friend ted says thank you cleveland ohio!

came 20 minutes to close because my boyfriend was begging for dairy queen and the employees were super kind and didnt seem annoyed. very respectful and did a great job assisting customers. definitely recommend💯

They best ran DQ in Ohio hands down best service there not stingy with the add-ins I recommend trying the DQ on w105th if you haven’t yet

They are overcharging people and can't explain why 2 exact orders less than 24 hours apart are such different prices! I was just there yesterday evening and spent roughly $16 on 2 blizzards. I stopped today around 430 ordered the EXACT same thing and not only was it $5 more, I was using a coupon today so my 2nd blizzard should have only been $1.99! I went to the Memphis location and had NO problem whatsoever! The employees at west 105th were high af which probably contributed to the wrong pricing and inability to explain why the price was so different.

This location has gotten much better and deserves a better rating than my previous edit. They started off great, became inconsistent on accuracy, but have exceeded expectations the last few times resulting in me changing this. Thank you for addressing the issues.
