I called at 8:58 PM to double check what time they closed and was told they close at "10:00 PM every day". We pull up at 9:30 and the sign is off, chairs are up, and employees are just hanging out inside.

This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Not only do they get through lines super fast, they are so kind and really go above and beyond. I went in for a cake in a cup, and asked for more frosting on it, and they delivered. They also got me a pup cup for my dog which was the kindest thing ever. Thank you to this team for such a wonderful experience!

I came in and placed an order and the group behind me were members of the cashiers family. She took their order next and made their order before mine. Extremely poor Costumer service. I had to stand there and wait so her family could be served there order first. Was extremely rude when i confronted her about and told me to take my money back and never come back.

Ordered a blizzard and for myself a banana split with whipped topping as an extra and peanuts as an extra didn't get no peanuts what so ever and all the toppings were like under the bananas but still no peanuts and the presentation was horrible what a waste of money on some dessert. Will never order from this dairy queen again.

For a Dairy Queen with lots of other ice cream places nearby, I can't believe how high they have priced things there. Ill save my money and go to Mitchells instead. At least that's homemade quality ice cream.

Don't go here if you want chocolate ice cream. They have not had chocolate for several months and still do not (9/2023). The DQ a short distance away on Lakewood has chocolate.
Ordered a convection brownie caramel Heath paid for extra didn't receive extra there's three young kids working two boys and one girl the girl had an attitude about not giving me my extras that I paid for I paid $11.44 for two things and paid for extra stuff very not

Idk what changed, but in the last month this place has slowly been going downhill. Today I went, after coming here atleast once a week for a few years now to get icecream for me and my dog. Recently your chocolate has been out and just 2 days ago it was back working and I got some. Today it wasn't working again and the girl at the register gave really bad additude as if I was lying to her that I got chocolate icecream from their store. I then asked if I could have the managers name and she said she wouldn't give it to me. After receiving my order I asked another girl for the manager and she did give the name to me. This new manager really needs to pull things together becasue they will lose loyal customers like me.
