The subs are tasty but don't get the combos. I want the fountain drink and chips which on the sign saws $2.49. I was charged for the chips and the fountain drink separately at $2.29 each. I questioned the worker about the over charging and the Point of Sales selection comes up free, he was told by management to charge separately for each item nor would he refund me my $2.20 over payment. The Berea, Ohio location is a rip off!

I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. I can't believe I've waited this long to try anything from them, but I'm making up for it now.

I had the meatball sub and it was amazing. Some others in my group got cold cuts and said they liked mine more. It is a lot of food—I only had half of my sandwich—so it's good if you want to make a couple of meals out of it. They only have a few tables that each seat 4 people each.

It was a decent sandwich but the amount of meat on it was just too little, just a thin layer. Im not even someone who likes a lot of meat on the sub, but I at least want the sub to not just taste like bread with italian dressing soaked into it. Odd pickle too, zero taste of pickling or salt.

Best sub I've had in a very long time, and the service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. I went with the Italian cold cuts, toasted nice and hot with cheese and mustard. Yummy!

Tasty lunch here. Slightly busy on a Monday at 12:30 so had to wait a bit to place order and then for food. Had the pizza sub with pepperoni. Very good. Nicely toasted bun with sauce, cheese, pepperoni. Good size of a sandwich for the price. Sauce was fine, cheese melty, decent amount of pepperoni. Asked for a side of ranch and a pickle too. I'd return if I were in the area again.

Great sandwiches, fast service, crazy selection of items. Make sure to ask for your sandwich hot (as in heated up) if that’s what you’re expecting/wanting. Great veg options.
Great food. Only getting 2 stars cause I will not come back to this location. I'm afraid of getting sick due to watching them spray cleaner on the counter. They held the spray about 2 foot away which allows for way more overspray on the counter where the food is made. Cleaner definitely went into tops of sauce bottles and on some of the vegetables. The last 4 times visiting they have not gotten my order correct at this location. Something is always added that I did not want or something is missing. I love the Subs and I am overly disappointed and will not return to this location.

They stopped giving pickles with every sandwich, which is understandable to cut out waste, as some would just throw them away. They now ask you if you want a pickle and if you say yes 9 times out of 10 you still don’t get it.

Our first experience at Dave's Cosmic Subs. The Chicken Cordon Bleu sub was outstanding. No idea what my friends ordered, but the food was consumed really fast! (Always a good sign) Great vibe with lots of music memorabilia. The workers were polite and efficient. Def worth your time and $
