I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. I can't believe I've waited this long to try anything from them, but I'm making up for it now.
I had the meatball sub and it was amazing. Some others in my group got cold cuts and said they liked mine more.
It is a lot of food—I only had half of my sandwich—so it's good if you want to make a couple of meals out of it.
They only have a few tables that each seat 4 people each.

It was a decent sandwich but the amount of meat on it was just too little, just a thin layer. Im not even someone who likes a lot of meat on the sub, but I at least want the sub to not just taste like bread with italian dressing soaked into it. Odd pickle too, zero taste of pickling or salt.
