Ordered a “Specialty Cake” which I had ordered last year for the 1st time—was amazing! This year, ordered same cake, though still wonderful, dates were whole and not chopped up. The woman who took my order over phone was not very friendly, snarky, not nice at all. Sad bc last year was such a good experience!
Although the product received was not as expected, the follow up and handling by the owner restored my confidence that there is still honest to goodness customer service to be found. Thank you, Mr. Davis, for reaching out to me!
Absolutely love their "everything bagels, and pastries. I wish when I went they had there awesome carrot cake though. Salmon cream cheese was phenomenal! Matza ball soup was delicious!
