There is nothing bad we can say about Deon’s! There might be a bit of a wait but they tell you that directly on the sign and it is worth it! The over fries are amazing with chicken, steak, and shrimp! We are from out of town but any time we are in Cleveland or driving past we stop at Deon’s! Highly recommended!

Very nice cashier though kind of shy but very nice and respectful. Food was hot and delicious and came in a timely manner. I was told a 20 minute wait and my food came in 18minutes. Highly recommend. Much better service this time around.

Ordered doordash from them. I live 3 blocks away. Place is always empty. 20 minutes turned into 2 hours went through 3 dashers who all bailed. On 3 fried food items. I have worked kitchens that's a 5 minute cook time. Whoever is on staff here is lame. Avoid at all costs.

Nervous to give this review because of how owner responded to other reviews, but owner has a right to know how bad service was. It took 45 minutes for two Polish Boys. They were okay, though kind of lukewarm. Sauce was good. Sausage was really tough and I ended up not eating. Barely any coleslaw. This could be an awesome place with better customer service and a little live in making the food.
I don't like how the owners is responding to the customer service being horrible this restaurant will be sent to the Cleveland critics page just rember the customer pays your bills and keep this hole in the wall open humble yourself before you become fins and feathers downtown look them up they had this same attitude and was sent to that page with lots of followers and now is closed down tighten up and do better because everyone ain't lying..

Deon's have the best wings in Cleveland! I always get the 10 piece wing ding combo and a slice of lemon pound cake to go with my dinner. You might want to ask for extra seasoning as the fries tend to be a little bit dry, but it's not a problem. Simply ask and the cooks will do so. Also be prepared for a wait! I always spend at least 20 to 30 minutes after ordering. Don't recommend coming here if you don't have patience and don't understand that cook to order food will have a waiting period. When it comes to supporting and patronizing Black owned business, I always choose Deon's easily.

I would give less stars if I could.1) The cashier was too rude, saying it will be done whenever. But before that I’m standing there and looking at you look at me, you walk towards me then turn around and then you turn back around roll your eyes BEFORE asking how you can help.2) The wings are micro… why if there is only 2 people in the lobby, do I gotta wait 60mins? I waited 20mins like I was told, then the cashier said 10 more mins and I waited, then I asked for a refund and was told I can’t get one and had to wait another 30mins… that’s sad.I WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL WARN OTHERS TO NOT COME AS WELL
