The assistant manager Robert was probably one of THE MOST rude individuals I've ever seen in the restaurant business. He was snappy and condescending. I have also heard other costumers complain about their sercice. After dealing with all that frustration with him, they gave me the wrong sandwich. They remade it correctly but the sauce was slopped everywhere inside of the sub. I usaually never leave reviews but if I can leave 0 stars I would.

This was my first visit. Upon entering, the young lady ignored me for a few minutes. She never greeted me and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I placed my order and it took 20 minutes to complete two sandwiches. When I arrived, there was only one other person waiting on there order. When checking out, the gentleman was very pleasant. When she finished my hot sandwich, she was rude. Asked if I wanted a bag. When I said no, have a nice day, she didn’t reply. Other than that, my sandwiches were fresh and very tasty.

The everything bread is the bomb! It adds a different flavor to their sandwiches. Will definitely be stopping by to get more. They should move the pickup area behind the counter so drivers don't grab the wrong bag. They picked my order, but they made me a fresh replacement. Hope the other person enjoyed my choice

Doesn’t smell like a sun place when you walk in. Food is blah. Workers are super friendly but I need taste. Hts a dry sub with no flavor. The whole Franchise needs a new executive Chef. Good concept bad taste.

We arrived kinda late and the restaurant was nearly empty for whatever reason. But the staff was nice and made us some tasty subs. I knocked off subs stars for atmosphere because we just drove 11 hours and the music was a bit too loud for our tired ears. But would definitely come back. Thanks!

The food is always fine from this location but the service and speed is terrible 20 minutes to wait for a cold sandwich people standing around the manager more concerned about cutting bread then clearing the log of customers not a place I can go to for lunch and have enough time. I won't be returning especially for these prices. The only thing they are quick to do at this location is ask you to pay.
