I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to DiBella’s. There was a male worker ( named josh i believe ) just sitting around doing absolutely nothing while everyone else was clearly busy and working hard. When another employee (a young lady) politely asked him for help, he completely lost it—started complaining, yelling, and even cussing her out in front of customers. It was honestly disturbing to witness. No man should be talking to a young woman like that, especially in a professional setting.
This used to be my favorite location, but after what I saw, I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. That kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace. Management needs to take this seriously.

EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! Our guests loved them and it was under $200 and fed 35-40 people lunch. Kudos to whoever is managing this process!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend.

I walked into this restaurant located in Mayfield Heights and I had the pleasure to work with Tatianna who was top tier! I walked in close to closing and she was more than willing to help me! The first thing she said was “welcome to DiBellas” with a smile! I only had to tell her my order once, and she said “I got you.” I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a turkey sub for my daughter and I… our sandwiches were delicious and she prepared my order fast! It’s so nice to experience great customer service, especially in today’s world! Thank you, Tatianna for the amazing service and I will be returning soon!

The assistant manager Robert was probably one of THE MOST rude individuals I've ever seen in the restaurant business. He was snappy and condescending. I have also heard other costumers complain about their sercice. After dealing with all that frustration with him, they gave me the wrong sandwich. They remade it correctly but the sauce was slopped everywhere inside of the sub. I usaually never leave reviews but if I can leave 0 stars I would.

This was my first visit. Upon entering, the young lady ignored me for a few minutes. She never greeted me and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I placed my order and it took 20 minutes to complete two sandwiches. When I arrived, there was only one other person waiting on there order. When checking out, the gentleman was very pleasant. When she finished my hot sandwich, she was rude. Asked if I wanted a bag. When I said no, have a nice day, she didn’t reply. Other than that, my sandwiches were fresh and very tasty.
I love DiBella’s sub shop. My experience has always been great. The food taste stays consistent. Definitely recommended.

The everything bread is the bomb! It adds a different flavor to their sandwiches. Will definitely be stopping by to get more. They should move the pickup area behind the counter so drivers don't grab the wrong bag. They picked my order, but they made me a fresh replacement. Hope the other person enjoyed my choice
