Dominic pours his heart and knowledge into every dish, which he prepares from scratch right there in the dining room! His new set-up is a wonderfully warm and engaging experience! Our food was cooked to perfection! I had the Saltimbocca, and I will have it again next time we make it to Fairview Park! We are beyond impressed.

We love this unique gem of a restaurant, where the food is amazing, the vibe is authentically Italian and the staff is delightful. The owner, chef Dominic cooks right in front of your eyes so you feel like you are part of the family. Try the Dominic's pasta specialty dish consisting of Italian sausage, sun dried tomatoes, fresh spinach in a cream sauce. Other must try items include the chicken Parmesan and the homemade Italian wedding soup.

This restaurant, hands down is the best Italian food on the West side. Cool spot and Dominic cooks in front of you while Wendy runs the bar. Excellent, excellent service. I forget our waiters name , top notch! Had friends in from out of town and he said best Saltimbocca he has ever had..... and he is Italian! Can't go wrong here peeps! I hesitated to leave 5 stars bc selfishly I always want a seat! That good! Schwarzenegger.... I'll back and back and back....

This Santo's (Fairview) was closed for a couple of years because of covid. My friend and I went there last night and were shocked. We never had to make a reservation before, but I had to this time. Probably because they took a few tables out to make room for the on-site chef. The menu was limited and new (but you can get the old menu items for carry out (?)), the prices were way higher, and we always got bread and salad with our entree. Not anymore. If you want a salad, it's $4 more. If you want bread, the menu says to ask for it (we didn't). I ordered a glass of wine ($8-I have attached a picture). I know they wanted to do something new, but there were only two other tables with people eating. We won't be back, unless they bring back the old menu and provide bread and salad with the entrees like they used to.Our date of visit: October 6, 2022

I called on a Wednesday to ask about hours fo Thursday. the person answering the phone said they were open from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday. showed up Thursday to find they were open for take out only. would it kill them to state that in a phone conversation? what a waste of time.

Call at 6PM to make sure they are open. They say yes. I call back an hour later at 7PM and they tell me they are closing early. Poorly run business I'd avoid if possible.

Best pasta I've had in a very long time!! Homemade noodles are delicious!! Large portions, high quality food at a reasonable price. I wish I had tried this restaurant sooner. Hidden gem of Fairview!
