Ordered online for delivery at around 4:30 and nothing came for nearly 1 hour. Called 3 time the first time i was on hold for 30 mins no answer. second time talked to manager and was told that it was going to be delivered and out soon. Waited another 20 min and nothing so i called and was told it was scheduled for delivery at 7 pm. (I did not put in a scheduled delivery.) Pizzas came at 7:50 pm nearly 3 hours and 20 mins. later. Only wanted to try out the pizzas again after not having them in a long time, now I'm never ordering from them ever again!

This place is horrible now that they have new workers on night shift! Very rude and nasty talking on the phone when I ordered a guy gets an attitude because I wanted to order food! He even hung up on me. I called back a lady answered and she blew her breath as if she didn’t wanna work or mad with me because I’m hungry. I will never order st night again!

I placed the order at 5:30 PM on the mobile app to get delivered to my house, A hour later, I have not received a update or anything so I called the store to see what’s going on. They told me it was going quality check. It should be on the way another hour later. Still no update. I called again. A man on the phone put me on hold put me on hold after I told him I’ve been waiting for three hours. He told me he will cancel my order and give me a refund and still deliver my food when I got my food. I was missing a pizza My whole order was cold asf the guy who delivered my food was laughing in my face and saying am sorry we took long so I called again to make sure they was going cancel all my order and refund my money Never again
Lorain Domino's Pizza, I've had their pizza for multiple years now living in different homes and buying it from different numbers. I can confirm with you that they've never disappoint with quality pizza, sandwiches, and special items. Service is quick, prices are a little step but the quality... It never disappoints!
Parking: Small parking lot with a total of around 10 spots, usually customers come and go and delivery drivers park somewhere else. Tight spot none the less.

Whoever answers the phone, is VERY rude. Sounds like he's talking away from the phone and then gets an attitude cause you can't hear him. Youre better off ordering from dominos on ridge across from the bank.
