Totally incompetent. The pizza sat for an hour before they delivered it, the order was wrong, and the driver was rude and snotty. This delivery was to Temblethurst drive in south Euclid on March 10.

We ordered a delivery last night online. The delivery was not done. The store manager said she would issue a credit to our credit card. Apparently that was a lie because it didn't happen.
