They didn't want to serve us. They told us to order online while we were standing right there in the store. They took all the chairs away, and we had to be homeless on a park bench outside as we ate our pizza. Pizza was good though.

Ordered online and picked up as a curbside. Besides the parking being hard because of the downtown location, pick up went smoothly. They came our shortly to give me the pizza. It was fresh, made quickly and delicious

The woman who works the phone and cash register off the late night is going to end up losing this location business.. her attitude and body language is absolutely horrible!

Ordered online 15 minutes before the "approved" dominos closing. Local manager called immediately to tell me my order was canceled. Terrible customer service. Don't claim to be open if not.

Dear Domino’s Customer Service,

I visited your 1012 prospect ave E, Cleveland, 44115 on 11/25/2024, 10:22 pm and experienced extremely concerning behavior from one of your staff members. The employee sneezed into her hands and continued working without washing them, which is unhygienic and unacceptable in a food service environment. When I politely addressed this, she shouted at me and rudely told me to get out of the store.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers. I request immediate action to address this issue, ensuring hygiene standards and respectful customer service are maintained.

The girl with tattoos and piercings is very rude. She does need to be fired. You cannot have that attitude working at a pizza store. BS

The service was very bad and so is the food . The employees are arrogant and have zero patience towards customers. The lady with piercings and tattoos was very rude and had bad attitude. She did not attend to our requests and had a very very bad temper. She needs to be fired.
