Domino's Pizza

It seems that since the change in management, the service quality has declined significantly. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect, and I have noticed employees prioritizing personal phone calls and text messages over attending to customers. This lack of attention to customer orders is quite frustrating.
Additionally, the quality of the pizza itself has deteriorated. It no longer meets the standards I expect and is not worth the price I pay.

Ordered online for the 50% deal. We recieved it very quickly. They refunded us for the 2 liters that was out of stock. The pizzas were not very good. They barely had any sauces and toppings this time. The cheese pizza was worse quality compared to little ceasers 5$ pizzas. Maybe it the business of the deal but this time they were not that good.

Foods mediocre at best. They like canceling orders without contacting with an explanation. Happened multiple times. I'll find another pizza place then.

Jeremy thank you for being kind to me when I was there. Brian, the supposedly manager needs retraining on how to approach customers. Ignored my questions, got my order messed up but I let it continue so they don't waste food. My order came out perfect from a remake but 1 star from for customer service from Brian, the manager?

Will say they tend to mess up my order one out of six times. Does rectify the problem.
Staff is always pleasant. From order to ready is always quick.
Parking can be a pain with the gas station next door.
Will I stop ordering from this location- nope- will continue due to nice staff.

Made my pizza incorrectly. Right after collecting the money, the cashier grabbed another dough to remake the pizza. I told her nevermind. She Did not wash her hands. None of the employees had on gloves. This was supposed to be the viral TikTok pizza they had a coupon code for. Dry, toppings don't even go to edge of crust. Dough tasted under cooked. Ate one slice. Rest went in trash.

They would not deliver within 7 minutes of the store because I was at a hotel and it was made fast but the large pizza literally had 10 pieces of sausage and that is no exaggeration. And when asked about it I was just told "I didn't make your pizza" then I was glared at like I was wrong for asking.

At least the pizza is cheap. Do not get the pasta bowls. The employees are great, friendly, and definitely the best thing Domino's has going for them.

Placed a delivery order to end up having to come get it. to not getting it at all. Still no refund yet. Get a coupon added to my account due to this experience. Which has to be done online. Order online to find out that once I applied the coupon I couldn't get it delivered. So I ended up paying for an Uber to go get it. Clearly I'm ordering delivery for a reason and yet this store seems to never be able to accommodate that for me. It keeps or continues to do the opposite for me and become more of an inconveniences for me and more costly then expected

Food was just throw onto my porch and when I called to say something all they could say is we deliver it to you sorry I don't like my food out of box and on the porch and would not give me a clean pizza sorry I will never order anything from you again

The pizza was good but the highlight of the experience was the friendly staff who got us plates. Fast prep time too. We'll be back

Kid-friendliness: There is a small set of steps up to the glass observation area so little ones can watch the pizza making process too. One of the decals also has a funny joke about not feeding the employees.

NY pizza was like a medium size n cut wide to look big but where real small in comparison with NY pizzas also not much cheese, wasn't stretching cheese...the taste was good tho..I was extremely disappointed $14 for basically a medium that box said large...false advertising. Can someone here in Ohio finally get it right...doesn't fill 2 ppl for dinner at all...
