ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel Feb 18th 2025 at 7:00 pm the evening of my husband's surgery. tracker said our pizza was being made at 7pm. pizza was finally delivered at 10pm, cold and soggy and missing two of our toppings. when we called to see where our pizza was, we were told there was only one driver that nite. if that's the case, why would you continue to take orders that cannot be delivered. it would have been nice to have had the choice to get food somewhere else. after we ate only 2 slices of one pizza, and my daughter eating one slice of the other it was so bad the rest went to the trash. a complaint was logged with company....resolution was absolutely ridiculous.
Delivery took over an hour and 45 minutes. When I called the store, the person on the phone was rude and disrespectful and very dismissive. I will not be ordering pizza from this location ever again. There are other places in Cleveland, that can deliver pizza.

Food is good, but they list the food as ready when it’s not. Sat in the lobby for 15 minutes after food was listed as ready and got sassy attitude from employees when asked if food was ready.

This is one of the cleanest friendliest pizza places by far. The staff are always pleasant. My order is always ready when I arrive. There’s never any mistake or problems. The only issue I have is that the pizzas aren’t always done to my liking maybe done to someone else’s, but then when I hit well-done, they’re overcooked I wish there was a happy medium, where I can just get a pizza that’s not really gummy, but not overcooked overall this is one of the best place to places

I have a family member at the main Cleveland clinic campus. We ordered and pizza I had to go all the way down to get it no big deal. I still tipped the delivery driver even though he didn’t have to get out the car. I get to my room on the 6th floor to find my pizza is wrecked. I called to get a refund or get it remade. The “manager” was totally unprofessional and argued with me for about 10 minutes on if she was or wasn’t gonna remake my pizza. She finally decided to not make my pizza. So now I’m out $40 , stuck in a hospital, with no pizza! If this is their management you can only image what the staffs like. Safe ordering!
My family ordered a pizza for delivery and waited over an hour for it. We decided to call and check the status, and the manager told us that there was no order. Once we confirmed the purchase with the bank, we drove to the store. The manager was preparing food with her dread locks out with no hair net, nor gloves!! She finally comes up to address us and admitted that they entered our order wrong.
Dirty work environment, unprofessional staff, poor customer service. 0 Stars.
My family and I were visiting from Maryland and was extremely unsatisfied with the poor customer service. The female "manager" was rude, unprofessional and very unclean. She prepared the food with her bare hands while handling other materials. I'll never come here again.

I order lunch for physicians who work at the VA. I ordered delivery for 11:30 am and at 12:09 pm it was still not in the oven. I called the store to see if there was an issue with the order and was immediately put on hold and after 3 minutes the call dropped. I called back 5 more times and again have been immediately placed on hold. Now, 1 hour and 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered, it says it is cancelled and the website tells me to call the store for more information and I continue to immediately be placed on hold. Obviously disappointed that my team and I will not have the lunch I promised them but the most frustrating part is the poor communication. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Scrolling through the reviews on this page, I guess it is no surprise this location stole my money. It seems like everyone's order either gets marked as delivered or gets stolen by the delivery guy. I have no clue how this store is still in business and has not been investigated for fraud.
I ordered pizza from this location at 9:40 yesterday night. I spent $30 on several items. At 11:32, my order was marked as delivered. I called the store to see what was up since I never got my items. The employee who picked up the phone was very rude and told me "well it was marked as delivered." He said he had to wait until the delivery driver got back to see about my order, so I said I would call back in 30 minutes. When I called back, it was around midnight. I was put on hold for twenty minutes before being hung up on. I called back, and before I could get a word in I was put on hold again. I hung up and called again, and once again I was put on immediate hold. I will be contacting Bank of America to void the transaction, as well as Domino's customer service.

The staff are always friendly, professional, and efficient. The food is always hot. My order has never been wrong and the Alfredo with pepperoni is delicious.

This place is an unprofessional madhouse.
First, the app tells me my food is ready and I go there and it isn’t even started.
The staff members are screaming at each other and physically fighting the whole time. It is no very loud, I was uncomfortable sitting there.
They stopped taking walk in orders because they were backed up.
Maybe if they shut up, stopped fighting and made pizza professionally they would not have issues.
If I was an owner of this place, I would be ashamed.
3 of the 4 items I ordered were cold because I had to wait inside for 30 mins on an order of tots.

They really robbed me I ordered pizza for my coworkers from here and had a coworker pick it up while he was out with a name of the order thinking they when give him the right order not only did then give him the wrong pizza they only gave him two and we ordered five I called to see if I can fix it only to talk to the rudest person I’ve ever met she said it would be a credit on my phone number well when I tried to use it at another store because I did not want that service again at that store. The other store told me there was no credit to call the original store. I called and talked to a driver who was just relating messages from the general manager Shephine she said her name was I told him/her my complaint how I didn’t receive my order in full and it was supposed to be a credit on my number long story short they said that’s no enough information there’s nothing they can do I’m just out of fifty buck I’m gonna attach the receipt so they can look up the calls and see how I was talked to and also you should review the cameras to see how I was treated when I came to talk to the manager .
12:30 and they locked the doors and said they were closed when the hours posted are 1am. They didn’t care at all when I walked up and laughed at me while they kept counting their change in the cashiers drawer. I get it, things happen, but the could have been a little less disrespectful.
