Very convenient location. Haven't had to many complaints about service. A few times I had to call for points because they didnt scan my qr code. I always have to ask to get scanned & for napkins. The items on menu does change often cannot count on favorites or keeping same orders. Some munchkins I ordered weren't fresh. No indoor seating. That's about it.

I love Dunkin but I will not be returning. I bought 2 drinks and 10 donuts. They only put 9 donuts in the box and I told them. The cashier proceeded to tell me that they only put 9 in the box because 10 won’t fit. So instead of grabbing a bigger or another box to give me everything I paid for they decided to short me. Luckily I checked my order this time. I’m sure they’ve done this plenty of times to others because they’re very comfortable with telling why they shorted you.

I bought a glazed donut and and a vanilla sprinkle donut why was my vanilla glazed donut hard and old? My glazed donut was so fresh but they sat there and definitely played in my face and I know for a fact I will never come back.

I always order a LG pumpkin latte' with extra pumpkin & extra shot expresso..seems to never have either. Just tastes like st8 milk..had it added couple times but 9/10 it's gonna be 99% milk..I come on a 5 days a week basis in hopes they'll do it right soon
