Every time i go in there its takes 30-45 mins to get a cup of coffee, I just wasted $10 on the worst latte I ever had and they never even gave me my spider donut!! Worst dunkin ever!!

I came here today for the first time to pick up my mobile order. They were out of milk, so one of the ladies let me taste another milk they had to see if I would like that instead…I really appreciated her taking the time to do that instead of just asking me to pick something else! Then my 4-year old seen the donuts through the display case and started asking for some chocolate donuts… But I didn’t bring my phone inside so I couldn’t pay for them and I was parked with my hazards on and trying to hurry and get done before I got a ticket! So the other lady that was working handed my son a bag with 2 chocolate donuts! He was SO happy!🄰 I cannot say enough about these 2 women and how amazing they are at their jobs! You don’t run into genuinely kind people like that very often these days, so it’s really nice when it does happen. Their customer service skills are amazing, and they went above & beyond to not only make sure I was happy with my drink, but that my baby boy left with a smile on his little face as well! What they did for us today may seem small, but it genuinely warmed my heart and made my day better! THANK YOU Crystal & Janetra!! ā¤ļøšŸ¤—šŸ©

i came in and ordered an avo toast. guy taking the order was on his phone and didn't even see me come in, had to be prompted by his coworker. i waited for 7 minutes before being told they were out of the toast. they offered to put it on a bagel, i said no, i'd just prefer a refund. dude who took my order tried to give a refund while *also still on his phone*, couldn't figure it out, and by that point i left. i'd been there for 11 minutes and wasted $4.15, really bummed. they need a general manager, not just an acting one

There are new workers almost every time I come. It doesn’t even feel like they know how to do the work. They mess up orders sometimes. They don’t know how to work the computer system. The drinks are different each time I order from there

Have ordered here many times before and never had a problem but recently I ordered a medium decaf iced coffee and they completely messed up the order. They literally gave me a plain iced coffee, its like they didn't even read the order. There was no oatmilk, no flavor shots, and no sweetener added. On top of that it was definitely not decaf. I get VERY SICK from fully caffeinated coffee and I was ill for the rest of the day and was unable to sleep that night. The label was correct on the cup but the drink was not. They need to be more careful because caffeine can be very dangerous to those unable to have it.

I specifically asked for no meat in my Wake-Up Wrap, and the receipt clearly said ā€œno meat,ā€ but there were still pieces of bacon inside. When I brought it up, the staff questioned if I had even asked until I showed them the receipt. They replaced it, but the fact that it happened in the first place was frustrating.

The service was also very slow, even though the store wasn’t that busy. One of the employees was wearing AirPods in both ears and seemed to be talking while working, which felt unprofessional and unhygienic especially when handling food.

To make things worse, the hash browns were rock hard and inedible. They honestly tasted like they were made in the morning and just reheated. I had to throw them out.

I’m not asking for a refund, but this was a really unsatisfying experience overall. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve order accuracy, hygiene, and customer service.
