I ordered a double shot of espresso with 6 creamers. The lady at the window said the total was 2.69. I gave her 5.00 and told her to keep 1 dollar for a tip. A tall dark young man came to the window and asked me if he could have a dollar too. I said no, you have to split the tip. I noticed there was no cream in my espresso and told the young man I needed cream. He said I'll have to charge you for that. He said it was 1 dollar. I have him the dollar and he put it in his pocket. I'll never return to this store and I'll let my people know not to go to this store.

I had great service but this is the 2nd time I got sick after eating at this specific location. I woke up with diarrhea not long after visiting. Last time I had it from both ends. I dont have this issue in willoughby or eastlake locations just this one.

Stuff in this Dunkin’ Donuts they’re always on the top of every single order today I walking probably like three or four times and I always was acknowledge and eventually greeting as soon as I walk into the store and eventually the DoorDash you run fluently and they really on top of The functionality of the service, which is what given them today five stars

I like to get refreshers when I pass by on my way to work, but the past like 5 out of 6 times, when I request a refresher with green tea, they make it with lemonade. And when I asked to make sure it was green tea, I was told to “taste it and find out”. If you can’t assure your customer what their drink was made with, you need to just remake it. That’s ridiculous to tell someone to taste it and find out.
Tuesday August 6th opening shift 5am - I placed a mobile order for a drink and was trying to pick it up. No one came to the first window then the manager was rude as hell when I was at the second window trying to have me pay again and giving me a hard time for “doing it wrong”. I’m assuming it was the manager, but there were only 2 employees there at the time. Bad experience. Would not spend my money at this location again.

So whenever I go and get any type of iced coffee item I have to ask them for the liquid sweetner. Today I went and got a caramel craze iced latte and it isn't sweet. I don't understand why they're missing the mark constantly but I won't be going to this location again.

🛑 Terrible Experience at Dunkin’ 🛑 I don’t usually leave reviews, but TODAY was wild. I stopped by Dunkin’ and not only was the food cold and stale, but the customer service was unreal.
Sheronda, the employee working the counter, had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I asked a simple question and got hit with straight up rudeness. No greeting, no patience, just attitude.
I was this close 🤏🏽 to slapping her or saying something out of character. Y’all need to check that energy at the door nobody wants to spend their money to be disrespected.

This place had us wait 20 min at the drive through. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns, one drink. After the 20 min wait we didn't get one of our sandwiches. Ridiculous to make people wait so long, and then still mess it up. I do not recommend going here.
