This place had us wait 20 min at the drive through. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns, one drink. After the 20 min wait we didn't get one of our sandwiches. Ridiculous to make people wait so long, and then still mess it up. I do not recommend going here.

I never ever leave reviews but after today I felt the need to write one. I’ve been going to this Dunkin for 3 years now, and tho not all places are perfect- mistakes happen, and so does life, the last year I’ve never been more pissed off going to get coffee. The quality and the service of this Dunkin has gone down tremendously and the multiple “second chances” I’ve been giving it are gone. Not that they care that my money will go to another location, but this is just a general psa for anyone who is looking to stop there. DONT. if you want your drinks to taste terrible, food to be burnt and bad attitudes all around, then by all means, go ahead and waste your money at this location. I asked for my drink to be remade since they gave me the wrong one. A mistake on their end, and told me it would be an up charge to remake it. To my understanding, I’m not the one who made the drink wrong and I had already paid for the one I wanted. So why do I need to pay more? The attitudes all around were horrible and like I said, after today, I’m not going back. I live closer to better locations I will no longer waste my time going to this one. I encourage other people to drive the extra mile if it is so worth it to anyone else.

Ordered 3 donuts at 730am. The donuts were stale. They don't give you a napkin when you order donuts. The three men inside were laughing and having a good morning while ruining their own business. Don't go here, these people don't care about your food. For those people at the CCF who utilize this place, DONT.

I’ve been going here a handful of times and it’s been constant messed up orders, and now today I tried something new( Hashbrown brisket bowl) and there were these black hard chunks from the turbo oven that it seems they fail to clean. I worked at Dunkin years ago and I know that it’s not safe to consume. I would definitely would look into deep cleaning that place(behind the counter) before that place gets shut down. Your manager , district manager, and regional manager are failing you. Most of the staff are friendly when I’m there, but seriously, this isn’t safe and I hope they take care of this problem

I was very upset ro find hardened pieces of something in my coffee!!! It's absolutely disgusting to have hardened solid bits in your mouth when drinking coffee. It'd bad enough that the outside of the lid tasted like lotion or cologne but for the coffee to be contaminated is completely unacceptable! One of the pieces was as pig as a ball point pen tip (see pic). So it wasn't coffee grounds. At best it was burnt coffee from an improperly cleaned pot.

My third tine there and i ask for a sm coffee 1 cream 3 sugar. All 3 time it taste like blk coffee. No excuse!!

Duncan better get their glaze on But they are damn much better than Krispy Kreme nice suck tastes like invitation vanilla and oil Duncan cost 699 for half a dozen glazed Krispy Kreme charges 1299 for the exact same thing I say bullshit my opinion couple other people I know as well

I’ve been here several times since they have opened and I just can’t. The hash browns taste like old grease and the sandwich is put together sloppy. The service is terrible. The young ppl don’t greet you, say thank you, have a good day or anything. They just hand you your stuff with a “I don’t wanna be here look on their face.” And they will NEVER get the “variety” munchkins. I got mostly pumpkin and a few chocolate with NO glazed! Ppl in this location just don’t care.
