I like to get refreshers when I pass by on my way to work, but the past like 5 out of 6 times, when I request a refresher with green tea, they make it with lemonade. And when I asked to make sure it was green tea, I was told to “taste it and find out”. If you can’t assure your customer what their drink was made with, you need to just remake it. That’s ridiculous to tell someone to taste it and find out.

Tuesday August 6th opening shift 5am - I placed a mobile order for a drink and was trying to pick it up. No one came to the first window then the manager was rude as hell when I was at the second window trying to have me pay again and giving me a hard time for “doing it wrong”. I’m assuming it was the manager, but there were only 2 employees there at the time. Bad experience. Would not spend my money at this location again.

So whenever I go and get any type of iced coffee item I have to ask them for the liquid sweetner. Today I went and got a caramel craze iced latte and it isn't sweet. I don't understand why they're missing the mark constantly but I won't be going to this location again.

🛑 Terrible Experience at Dunkin’ 🛑 I don’t usually leave reviews, but TODAY was wild. I stopped by Dunkin’ and not only was the food cold and stale, but the customer service was unreal.
Sheronda, the employee working the counter, had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I asked a simple question and got hit with straight up rudeness. No greeting, no patience, just attitude.
I was this close 🤏🏽 to slapping her or saying something out of character. Y’all need to check that energy at the door nobody wants to spend their money to be disrespected.

This place had us wait 20 min at the drive through. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns, one drink. After the 20 min wait we didn't get one of our sandwiches. Ridiculous to make people wait so long, and then still mess it up. I do not recommend going here.

I never ever leave reviews but after today I felt the need to write one. I’ve been going to this Dunkin for 3 years now, and tho not all places are perfect- mistakes happen, and so does life, the last year I’ve never been more pissed off going to get coffee. The quality and the service of this Dunkin has gone down tremendously and the multiple “second chances” I’ve been giving it are gone. Not that they care that my money will go to another location, but this is just a general psa for anyone who is looking to stop there. DONT. if you want your drinks to taste terrible, food to be burnt and bad attitudes all around, then by all means, go ahead and waste your money at this location. I asked for my drink to be remade since they gave me the wrong one. A mistake on their end, and told me it would be an up charge to remake it. To my understanding, I’m not the one who made the drink wrong and I had already paid for the one I wanted. So why do I need to pay more? The attitudes all around were horrible and like I said, after today, I’m not going back. I live closer to better locations I will no longer waste my time going to this one. I encourage other people to drive the extra mile if it is so worth it to anyone else.

Ordered 3 donuts at 730am. The donuts were stale. They don't give you a napkin when you order donuts. The three men inside were laughing and having a good morning while ruining their own business. Don't go here, these people don't care about your food. For those people at the CCF who utilize this place, DONT.

I’ve been going here a handful of times and it’s been constant messed up orders, and now today I tried something new( Hashbrown brisket bowl) and there were these black hard chunks from the turbo oven that it seems they fail to clean. I worked at Dunkin years ago and I know that it’s not safe to consume. I would definitely would look into deep cleaning that place(behind the counter) before that place gets shut down. Your manager , district manager, and regional manager are failing you. Most of the staff are friendly when I’m there, but seriously, this isn’t safe and I hope they take care of this problem
