They make the worst lates of any Dunkin’ that I have ever been to. I’ve been increasing the amount of sauce that I get in it and then it only tastes like the milk. This is the third time I’ve either had to ask for MORE flavor/sauce or just throw it away. I don’t go there to get iced milk. Never going there again.

I always go through the drive thru at this location, and whenever I see Kim or TY at the window I know my drink is going to be good! All of the staff at this location is wonderful and they are always efficient with their service! Hands down my favorite dunkin' location ever :)

If I could give no stars I would. I got 2 dozen donuts and I ordered a certain kind of donut for co-workers favorites. I got none of the ones that I ordered. This is the 2nd time in a row that they have done this. I will be finding a different place to go from now on. Manager asked me to bring donuts back for a replacement. I am already at work, and people are already eating donuts. How hard is it to get an order correct?

There serving burnt very burnt Snaking Bacon and the drive thru does not watch what there putting in the bag I was shorted 1 bacon today. But 90 percent of the time they are burnt the bacon so please watch your order they need to stop burning there food and talking care of there customers. This is last chance for me if I keep getting burnt food and short my order I will look for another place to get my breakfast.

The people that work here are rude and inpatient. Line is always slow, donuts are hard as a rock and my drink is almost always made wrong. Disappointing to say the least. Even though this dunkin is just minutes away from home, i will drive the 2 miles down the street to the other dunkin in lakewood.

My favorite Cleveland DUNKIN! Today something silly happened with my mobile order and they went above and beyond to make my order right. It was so silly and cute.
