This place sux. Worst Dunkin Donuts location I have ever been to. Workers are rude, slow and don't even know how to make the drinks. Last time I went against my basic common sense and ordered a peppermint mocha. It tasted like garbage and was cold. The girl working there just stared at me when I told her my drink wasn't good. She didn't even bother asking to remake it of heat it up. $5.50 for a cup of cold sludge water.
Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of options for coffee in the immediate area of Tower City but I'd rather go without than having to patronize this place again.

Gotta love when a place says they are open till 430 i thought j got lucky making it there at 405 just to get told i can't get food ....why even stay open till 430 if your not gonna serve food

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not get your breakfast sandwiches from there. They nuke the bagels and everything else.So, it's like trying to chew rubber. Slow service. And if you order tater tots. You only get 4 in a bag. If you go back and complain, they count them in front of you and laugh. Save your money and your morning!

Wonderful donut place hits the spot. Went there this afternoon; placed my order for 3 chocolate glazed donuts really quick. Staff that was working there was friendly and professional. One of the workers listened very wonderfully and got my order in a flash, meaning quickly. Service here is professional, too. Service is also professionally fast. I swear, I have very nice good-working staff at the donut shop taking my order. Lines are not super-long. Waits are shorter. I don't know what I'd do if not for their wonderful service here. This is a very wonderful donut place; not kidding, service is superb and spectacular in every way.
I love this Dunkin! They are so fast and friendly and remember my order! Thank you! I always get pumpkin spiced iced chai with almond milk, with the decorations on top lol!!. My fav and when i get that first sip...i know they did it right, thank you tower city Dunkin???

This was the best strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut I have had in a long time. Usually the strawberry frosting is not as much as this. This reminds me of the old days. This what I expect when I see a strawberry frosted with sprinkles Dunkin’ donut. It literally stopped me in my tracks as I walked by. I generally do not buy donuts from this shop. However, this was too good to pass up.

It's a Dunkin'. The team who runs this one are good, as lines move quickly until somebody walks up to order a dozen iced coffees or whatever. Counters are clean and the area behind appears organized too.
