Awesome place. Love my special treat of a jelly doughnut and dark coffee. Would love to eat more regularly but I have diabetes now. I love that there's a separate entrance from the garage level, so you don't have to go through the mall if you want to avoid the hordes of violent gangs of youths that plague Tower City.

Purchased a bagel and as always do not like to have my cream cheese added. Most people like to add their own cream cheese. These people charged me $2.75 for cream cheese on the side. Pure greed! I could see .75 but $2.75 as if this price is made up completely off the cuff. Not sure why Corporate is allowing this to happen

Racist location. I live in the building and place mobile orders all the time. I have no problem going up the counter and grabbing my orders without showing a receipt. However, this has been the 3rd time my fiance picked up an order and was made to show a receipt. I’ve stood there and taken videos of other customers including white men who just walk up and grab orders. Yet the rules seem to change when a black man does it. To be fair, it is only one male employee that does this and not the women. This behavior is not tolerated or acceptable.

This place sux. Worst Dunkin Donuts location I have ever been to. Workers are rude, slow and don't even know how to make the drinks. Last time I went against my basic common sense and ordered a peppermint mocha. It tasted like garbage and was cold. The girl working there just stared at me when I told her my drink wasn't good. She didn't even bother asking to remake it of heat it up. $5.50 for a cup of cold sludge water.
Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of options for coffee in the immediate area of Tower City but I'd rather go without than having to patronize this place again.

You only get 4 in a bag. If you go back and complain, they count them in front of you and laugh. Save your money and your morning!
