I am tired coming here and my stuff is messed up. My drinks and my donuts. I gave them exactly what i say and they do it different way. When i say light ice they do hlf of cup still of ice. Also this would be my SECOND time complaining about this store and they havent changed at all. They never give me a receipt after i pay so i dont show proof. Thats ok i hope they fix there problems and do the job right or gonng to lose business again for good this time

I would go here all the time with the previous owners. The new owners have made this place awful poor quality coffee that constantly does not taste very good and when you ask for a remake they have bad attitudes and treat you bad!!! For it to be one of the most Expensive Dunkin’s it fails in every aspect for the customers !!!

My autistic son ate over half donut with sprinkles and screams mommy whats this it poked me in the mouth piece od wood shaving i took it in and showed them wow they give my non working number then telling them you might not want to sell anymore they continue to sell them lawsuite then somebody had a neon false finger nail in theirs really people your sad

I hate complaining …but my order is wrong every. single. time. The last time I went I specifically asked for them not to add something to my order, bc last time it was added, instead of not adding it - they put extra. I won’t be back.
This is 3 min from my house but I’ll now be traveling out of my way to go where my order is made correctly.
