A business with employees who clearly didn't want to work, closing an hour early, and the employees hiding when we tried to order through the drive-thru. I wonder how they allow people like that to work there with such terrible customer service. Now I understand why it was empty. The manager should check the sales figures for the night and clean house, firing these employees and hiring people who actually want to work and need the job.

I come to this store about 5 times a week. I always receive great customer service and great espresso. Everyone is very friendly, kind and appreciative. I have been to many Dunkin donuts because I travel all over Cleveland. This Dunkin is by far the best! When driving from the east side after work I'll pass by all the other Dunkins and drive farther to come to this store.

This place has gone down. Service sucks and the drinks are never made the same. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND NEVER GIVE CUP HOLDER OR ASK IF YOU WANT ONE WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE DRINK. THE DOUGHNUTS ARE ALWAYS STALE NEVER FRESH. DONT GO HERE IT SUCKS AND YOU WILL LEAVE PISSED OFF

I am tired coming here and my stuff is messed up. My drinks and my donuts. I gave them exactly what i say and they do it different way. When i say light ice they do hlf of cup still of ice. Also this would be my SECOND time complaining about this store and they havent changed at all. They never give me a receipt after i pay so i dont show proof. Thats ok i hope they fix there problems and do the job right or gonng to lose business again for good this time

I would go here all the time with the previous owners. The new owners have made this place awful poor quality coffee that constantly does not taste very good and when you ask for a remake they have bad attitudes and treat you bad!!! For it to be one of the most Expensive Dunkin’s it fails in every aspect for the customers !!!

They make my favorite coffee drink, Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, perfectly every time. Josiah is the friendliest barista in town. Other Dunkin places and coffee shops should take note!
