If I could give 0 stars I would. We visited around 12:15pm on January 18th and the workers were so ignorant and did not know what they were doing.
I waited 20 minutes for my order only for it to be screwed up completely. I was missing a whole $5 meal deal. My coffee was the completely wrong flavor and when I mentioned it and asked for what I ordered they told my fiance that I ordered that and he was just trying to get an extra coffee. They didn't know how to make the two coolattas I ordered. Thank god they were for my kids and anything makes kids happy. This place is in desperate need of new employees ASAP. I will not return.

I got served by a hard working young african american lady at 6pm. She was so polite and made my pumpkin caramel iced coffee taste the best so shout out to her. 13/10 would recommend based on my experience after tonight.

The cashier working night shift at 10:30 12/20 was being very rude to me, the lady that ordered before us, and my GF that went up to grab another thing to order. I dont expect much being the only food open at the airport but there is no reason for someone to interrupt every customer, being pushy and getting attitude for absolutely no reason. The only thing that was good food wise was the bacon, my food was mushed into the bad together as well.

The staff deserve 10 stars. This review is based on multiple visits. Our family of 5 with 3 young kids always has the longest and most complicated order. The staff are always friendly and smiling!

Worst fast food spot I ever been to in my life. Girl at the register just told everyone that ALREADY PAID for their food she’s clocking out and leaving not making anything else because it’s free labor. Then said we can’t get a refund we have to wait for the next person to come in when this place is supposed to be 24 hours. First and last time coming here if this is how the service is here I pray it gets shut down.

Wow just wow. Lady on the front desk counting her tips refusing to serve anyone as she was clocked out and no other employee around. Explained she counted serve anyone as she wasn’t into free labor.
Absolutely bizarre encounter.
Refused to give any details on how to make a complaint other than “just look it up”
I didn’t actually get served in the end after 10 minutes of waiting for another employee
