Wow just wow. Lady on the front desk counting her tips refusing to serve anyone as she was clocked out and no other employee around. Explained she counted serve anyone as she wasn’t into free labor.
Absolutely bizarre encounter.
Refused to give any details on how to make a complaint other than “just look it up”
I didn’t actually get served in the end after 10 minutes of waiting for another employee

Incompetent workers. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream through the app. I get to the counter and she says they don't have nitro and they only have a size medium (the app only lets you order a small). Fine. She puts an espresso in cold brew and hands it to me. I said that I ordered it with sweet cream. She says that next time I need to put that in the other. I told her I did and showed her my phone order that clearly shows the order with the cream. She looks at me like I have 2 heads, probably bc she can't read....

Depending on who is working depends on their people skills. Some are extremely rude and I am a very frequent customer. Very unsatisfied when I order ahead of time on the app than told 11 minutes after they don’t have my sandwich than have to wait another ten minutes for my food n I asked if my food was almost done POLITELY and the girls shaking their heads and one had attitude. I order for my break than they won’t give refunds. Very poor people skills at the Dunkin at the airport. This has happened numerous times. The one other time 5 girls were behind the counter carrying on conversations about their other workers how bad they are and parties etc while we customers are waiting on our food for 15 mins

The OLD rental car facility here was in a great location, right where they built that now-abandoned Terminal D. The new facility: not exactly easy to find.

Guy working is like a dead zombie. Lots of people leaving the line and giving up after waiting forever for this guy. At an airport you need to hustle. People have flights to catch.
