Trying to understand why the Cleveland Lee Road location prices are higher than North Randall Oakwood and Garfield. Medium iced coffee is now $4.50 on Lee Road and under $3.50 at all the outside of Cleveland locations The people are nice prices too high

Good morning so I was just fired because I accidentally vaped in the building, I mean it wasnât on purpose, the manager Syed makes us pick dirty cups that fell on the floor and still give it to customers, we also have had to pull them out of the trash to give to customers. He also has a employee in the building with orange stuff on his neck hands and toe with open toe shoes so before you eat or get a drink here please know that you might be drinking out of a dirty cups

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced at your establishment on December 13, 2024. I ordered a medium Matcha, and when I arrived at the window to pay, the young man who was assisting me was incredibly rude. While I was looking for my card, he told me to hurry up and pay. This behavior is unacceptable.
I believe that the owner and employees should treat their customers with respect. I hope you will address this issue and ensure that your staff receives proper training in customer service.
