Possibly caught them on a bad day but there was no menu sign and no menu to look at, the dining areas was closed so you had to take your order to go, my order was made incorrectly. Could not of possibly had a worse experience.

Ambiance is horrible, they won't allow you to sit in this large restaurant, chairs upside down everywhere lol the staff said they don't know why, order and leave lol food was typical Dunkin, coffee was hot and tasty. Crappy location and service

Great location to pick up a coffee while walking to work. Friendly staff. It didn't take long at all to receive my beverage once I ordered it. Good balance of ingredients. It wasn't too strong on the peppermint. Good value too for the size of the coffee beverage.

Horrible experience. Came in for a late lunch, and there was no seating. Wanted donuts, but they were sold out except for donut holes. Staff acted like they were about to close at 1:20 pm. when the business closes at 3 pm. Large hot chocolate was half full, so they short you on drinks. Will never come here again.

Man I don't know his name but tall white dude in the mornings. Great vibes. Positive attitude and always has a smile. One of the reasons I go to this location. My work on right inbetween this one and tower city.
