The gentleman working here was so welcoming & friendly. The food was delicious! Our group had a tofu wrap, chicken pesto sandwiches, fries, coleslaw, and pasta salad. I love the Brussels sprouts in the pasta salad and the coleslaw wasn't drowned in condiment. We plan to return.

Flew into town and we were hungry. My wife is vegan so we Googled and picked this spot. Not much to look at by the staff, likely owner was great and the food was both amazing and bountiful! The only regret is it is not near Houston.

My husband and I stopped here because they serve vegan and non-vegan food. I had the fried tofu sandwich, which came with cole slaw and mac salad. Excellent meal, everything was so fresh! He had a burger and fries, raved about both. Great service, nice atmosphere. Comfortable little spot!

It’s funny because they have great vegan food but terrible service. The vegan omelette was extremely flavorful and the pancakes were nice too. However the man who took our order was extremely impatient. We could barely get the order out without him cutting us off. He genuinely seemed like he did not want to be bothered. Mind you there was all of 5 to 6 people in the entire restaurant during Sunday brunch. We’ve been planning to visit this restaurant for awhile and it did not give the vibe we hoped for.

Every time we come to Cleveland from Minnesota, Earth Bistro is a must-stop for us. My friend is vegan, and we love how every dish here can be made vegan-friendly while still offering great variety for everyone.
Luis, the owner, is such a fun and welcoming guy — he takes his business seriously, remembers us each year (even though we only come once for the Tennis in the Land tournament), and always makes us feel at home. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is top-notch. It’s truly become a tradition for us, and I can’t recommend Earth Bistro enough!
I've had Earth Bistro Cafe on my list of places to try for a long time. Finally tried it today after a walk on a beautiful day at Edgewater. Wow, I was blown away! Everything was so fresh and delicious. The sides that came with my sandwich were layered with flavors and freshness like what I imagine someone's grandmother making with care for a summer visit. We can't wait to come back!
