Overpriced for very mediocre food. Will definitely not be back for brunch. Had dinner at the old location before and it was good, brunch in Cleveland Hts location wasn't worth it.

We always enjoy Edwinds - the food, the ambiance and the service. Our experience on Saturday was disappointing - not the dining experience we have come to expect. We sat in the enclosed patio to watch the World Series. It was freezing cold then very warm. But we enjoyed the room and the opportunity to watch the game. It was not too loud. Our food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive and then, I have to say, we were disappointed. I ordered the Bahn Mi burger which I expected to be more like a mushroom vegie "burger." Three little mushroom slices, a couple of carrot slivers and raw hot jalapenos with no sauce was different from what I expected. The fries were delicious, but the paltry amount of filling in a huge roll was disappointing. It tasted good but was mostly bread. My dinner companions were also disappointed for various reasons. As I mentioned, we just have grown to have a different type of night was dining at Edwins. We appreciated that our meal ended up being comped - it was the right thing to do. We will go back to Edwins, hoping it was just an off night. We like it there and want it to succeed. Hope this helps.

I think we had some bad luck. Our reservations were for 6:45, we didn't get seated until 7:30 even though customers with 7:15 reservations were sat before us. While waiting for our table at the bar not one single bartender acknowledged us, so we were never able to purchase a drink during our 45-minute wait. Our entree never came. We had an appetizer and salad and drinks and after being there for three hours decided to just pay for what we did receive and called it a night. I admire the mission of this restaurant and had really hoped for a great evening. There was a ton of staff, but it did not appear as though there were any managers or supervisors.

The staff couldn't be more accommodating & everyone made sure we were pleased with our food and the expertise. A perfect place for date night!

Ambiance, service, and food were excellent! Loved the jazz trio! It's a bit dark for us older folks, so it was difficult to read the menu, but that's more my problem than the restaurant's. I look forward to returning soon!

The food and service were OUTSTANDING!! We had the caviar stuffed scallops, rabbit leg and oxtail pappardelle. Chef was walking around to the tables talking with guests and making sure everyone was happy. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!

We very much enjoyed our dinner here. Everybody was very attentive. We actually bought a gift card to pass on to our other friends.

The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the meal overall. The service was polite and friendly, though a bit slow and could use some improvement. They did get one of our drink orders wrong, but the staff handled it very courteously. Despite that small issue, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I'd definitely come back for the food.

A very unique clambake! Loads of clams in the chowder, perfect seasoned chicken and a heavenly dessert, all served with care and finesse! Edwin's is well worth the drive from wherever you may live!

Such a lovely experience! The staff were the highlight...friendly, polite, attentive, and genuinely nice. The 2 men at the valet station were delightful and super fun to talk to. The food was cooked perfectly. The jazz band playing live music was an added bonus! Will definitely be back!

A little slow at first and our very nice waiter took prompts with kindness. The wait staff supplements one another and all contribute to the success of the meal. And it was successful and delicious. I had duck confit and my friend had onion soup and frogs legs, enjoying both very much. We shared a chopped salad which was quite good. All in all a wonderful experience.

I love the Edwins' concept, have been there many times both at the Shaker Square location and new location on Cedar Road and will return but this visit our service was awful and the food just average. The server appeared to flummoxed about just about everything . He had to take our drinks and food order twice as he got confused about who ordered what. When he brought the bottle of wine we ordered to the table, after I tasted it, he placed the bottle upside down in the wine holder which resulted in about a 1/4 of the bottle ending up on my slacks. He was apologetic but rather than just remove the wine holder, before even grabbing a napkin to clean up what spilled on the table, he tried again to place the bottle in it, which resulted in more spillage. I finally took the holder from him and asked him to please provide me another napkin and some water so I could try to clean up my wine stained khakis. He never did bring the extra napkin or water so I used the water on the table and the napkin I had for clean up. Water glasses remained empty until asking for more. Plates were cleared before everyone at the table had finished their course. I could go on and on. While never this bad, on previous visits to the Cedar Road location, servers also seemed out of their league, which is a different experience from our experience at the Shaker Square location, at which servers were ubiquitous and sometimes around a little too much. I happy medium between the service on Shaker Square and the service at the new location on Cedar Road should be the goal. My suggestion is that servers receive more training and do many mock practice sessions before putting them on the floor.

Our first visit to the new Edwins was as good as we hoped. The meal was a tad on the expensive side, but was worth it!

Always a great experience at Edwins. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Brandon does it so well. Edwins is out go-to place to eat. The concerts are also good.
