Don't bother. Went 3X since they relocated. VERY slow service. Angry, redheaded, ponytailed hostess will NOT help customers. Before anyone could ask her anything, she held up an index finger & said, "I'll be with you in a minute", & didn't return. Must be a really good friend of Brandon's. Chrostowski makes Bernard Madoff look like a shoplifter at a WalMart. Anyone who says, "It's for a good cause" doesn't understand that ripping people off is NEVER okay.
We sat in the Brasserie. It was overly crowded. The meal was poorly managed. Food was not timed properly and we had to ask multiple times where things were. Waiter had no knowledge of the food. Very small portions as if for a child. The room for the Brasserie was so tight that every time a wait staff went by they bumped my chair which is incredibly annoying when it happens 100 times. I hope that the fine dining side is better, because this is NOT the Edwin’s I remember.

The room we were seated in was so small you cannot walk through width wise:you have to turn sideways. They squeezed in as many tables as possible not taking into consideration the guest. We ended up moving to the bar - ordered crab cakes that were burnt thin and greasy. The escargot was plain and room temp at best and lastly our cheese selections didn’t come with bread. So they brought us “cold” bread ie it was probably in the cooler with the butter. Come on Edwin we want to support you but really.

Not a single Cocktail was properly mixed or presented after a 15 Minute Wait. (My Seabreeze was served with a partially salted rim that migrated from a Margarita on Server's Tray, or from Sitting Next to a Margarita on Service Bar) Almost every food item was way Over Salted as Served from the Kitchen. My Guests Salad was wilted and stale from long hold time or from being held @ improper temperature. Heavily Salted French Onion Soup was almost all Sliced Fresh French Baguette, with very little broth left Unabsorbed by the Bread. Lobster Bisque, again over salted, was more of a Tomato Base, Rather than a Cream Base snd served with Crabmeat Garnish which didn't set well with my Guest as She's Allergic to Crab, but Not Lobster. At end of the meal, post a Wonderful Creme Burley, we Realized the Crab Cake Entre had Never Arrived, So it was presented Packed as a Take-Home. More than half the total bill was Complementary, due to Poorly Timed Service and Kitchen Presentation Failures. We arrived @ 9 PM and while "Busy", there were at least 20% empty tables upon our arrival,so they were in no way "Slammed" during our meal, and we even used an empty four-topper next to us to hold all the freshly delivered plates, and hold leftovers for take-home packing. We were also slightly disappointed that Jazz Combo couldn't be heard very well in the Bistro Section, near the kitchen passage. If you go for the music, sit in the upscale French Cuisine Section Dining Area and Upscale Bar on the right side of the venue. Covered Outdoor Patio Space and Outdoor Bar were Deserted @ 9:00 PM Friday, on a Fairly Mild Evening.

It just wasn't as elegant as I had hoped for an anniversary dinner. The initial hostess dropped an f bomb during our interaction with her. While I do swear like a sailor it seems like a bad idea to talk like that around customers. The server was polite and fairly attentive but didn't seem ready to be on the floor. He was very unfamiliar with the menu. The ambiance was pretty nice but they do put a lot of folks into one room. On that note, it felt uncomfortable sitting close to others, especially for an intimate meal such as an anniversary. There was a piano player and it was awesome! Once the band started playing it got a tad too loud for a place like this. I think sticking with just a pianist would be the best option or at least getting the drummer on some brushes instead of sticks. I had the GRENADNIE DE VEAU AVEC CRÈME DE CIBROULETTE. It reminded me of a small pork chop if you ask me, not very tender, the sauce that came with it was pretty good. The side of the carrots was ok. My wife had the salmon dish and it was excellent. By far the star of the night. Anyway on the way home, I got an alert from my bank that there were 3 charges from your establishment. They thought it was fraud. Not sure what happened but 2 of the charges were canceled/reversed by the restaurant by the time I called the bank moments later. My last comments are about your online presence, it's a mess. Too many websites that are poorly built and hard to navigate. We had no real idea which menu we would see and the people that sat next to us were also blindsided with a menu they had not seen. Again I know it's a learning establishment and I think what Edwins is doing is fantastic, just wasn't what I was exactly looking for.

We had a reservation and we ended up waiting 40 minutes after the reservation time. The food was good, staff needs some tips on customer service and etiquette. I hope it continues to improve, a beautiful venue.

We made reservations before an evening out for the “regular” menu. The service was extremely slow and the food was barely warm when it came out. We were definitely disappointed, but are hopeful once they are settled in to the new location things will improve and we will be back. The atmosphere is lovely even though it was very crowded. Prices were reasonable.

The food was excellent and our server was good, but the whole front of the house needs more training. Bussers and hostesses cleared glasses from tables by hugging them to their bodies instead of on trays. We got our salads before our cocktails. Servers were going to the kitchen empty handed instead of clearing tables as they went. I am definitely going back. Everyone was friendly and polite, Prices were very reasonable. but the service needs to be polished up.

I love what Edwin’s is all about however, a lot of kinks have to be worked out in its new location. We made a reservation not knowing it was for the fine dining restaurant which we never would have booked. Regardless, we were seated and we had our dinner. Without going into tremendous detail, I will just say we were there for almost three hours. The waiter knew absolutely nothing about the menu and was clearly flummoxed throughout the evening. At one point, after about an hour and a half, he asked us if we had gotten our food? The food was okay, not great. And the bill was hundreds of dollars. We don’t spend that much except for special occasions, and at that price, the service should be better prepared and the food excellent. I hope they can work this all out on the fine dining side. We are still open to trying the brasserie which is more our style.
