I have tried them a few times since being here, and unfortunately, it's not all that great. Last visit, my order took over 12 minutes and it was cold. Coffee is good

A friendly face in an uncertain place - with coffee, and bagels that put a smile on a tired face. My daughter has been inpatient at the hospital where EBB is located, and we are states away from home, and stressed. Every morning EBB is there with delicious speciality iced coffee, perfect bagels, and other baked treats, and the best part - a kindhearted employee who knows me by name. Her joy, and tenderness in addition to the amazing food + coffee is a lifeline to our journey here with my daughter's medical struggles. I appreciate this place, this great comfort in food, and a tender heart. Thank you EBB for providing me an anchor in an unsteady boat.

Whenever I have an appointment, I have to grab breakfast or coffee. I love the workers here.
Ordered a Farmhouse bagel sandwich with one egg. The sandwich tasted good over all and had good flavor. The top of the bagel was cut off center, so basically had a small sliver of top bun for my sandwich. I'll be back again. The food is good.
Ordered avocado toast (on a bagel of course) but went to the table to eat it and it had WAY to much salt on top of avocado. You'd think since this was a hospital they'd know how unhealthy sodium chloride (table salt) is for your heart!!! ie hypertension (high blood pressure)
Ordered the farmhouse bagel and I was blown away. The best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my long life. Tender and savory. Great service as well.
Bagels for breakfast are really good. Will try lunch if have chance.Update:pizza bagel cheese is FANTASTIC ? The cheese is very generous and you should definitely finish it when it's still melting!

My daughter has been in the hospital for over a week, and I love bagels with strawberry cream cheese, so I appreciate this store being here. It is popular, so sometimes there is a long line. My complaint is that you can't always get specialty drinks. It's already been 3 days, that I couldn't order a strawberry banana smoothy.
I've never ever wanted a bagel until I saw the six cheese breakfast bagel at Einstein Bros Bagels and it certainly did not disappointI will be a frequent customer now,
Drinks are great! Food is so-so. The eggs are almost always soggy.
It's okay for something different. The mini chocolate cookies come in a cup with 6 cookies at $3.29.Everytime we visit they can't make any specialty coffee because something is down.Check your order before you leave, we ordered an apple pastry, but got a raspberry one.The staff was friendly, just understaffed and very busy.
Been in the hospital for two weeks and the breakfast sandwiches and bagels have been amazing every time we get them. Honestly is my new favorite bagel place. Thanks for making the mornings more enjoyable with a good breakfast sandwich.
