If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Employees cant do the job they were hired to do. All 3 times I've been there at noon the lady won't make sandwiches because her co worker isn't there. Might as well not have a menu if all they can do is put cream cheese on a bagel and over charge for basically no customer server.

They constantly get the order wrong. For instance, I ordered avocado toast today. They accidentally made avocado garden, which they then threw away. Then, they re-made my order, which turned out to be very disappointing. The bagel was not toasted, and it had questionable egg white on it. I dislike egg white, so idk what's going on there. I expected my toast to be warm and toasty like a normal toast. Plus, their receipt doesn't show what you are being charged for, even if you use credit card; i have no idea where they messed up and whether I was charged for their mistakes. I wouldn't be eating here if there were places to eat around the campus :(

Great shop though difficult to find. The GPS was misleading. Helpful staff, great baegels.
