Delicious!! so I came there and usually I don’t expect good customer service. I mean it’s bad even in the suburbs, but the Customer service there was remarkable and pleasant. The lady that took care of me has a beautiful bright personality that makes you feel welcome. Her name is Iesha I believe!!

I bought the 4 wing dinner today and was quite disappointed. The wings were very small and not very tasty. I should remembered that this business had catered wings before for my church and they were also very small.

I ordered the meatloaf dinner which came with greens and macaroni and cheese and I ordered my husband a steak Philly with fries. Them. Macaroni and cheese was okay but the greens seem like Glory, greens and the steak Philly was burnt and the fries had the skin on it, which is a Mark Good example of a lazy chef

I called in my order for a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese omelet. I also requested homefries and wheat toast. I called in my order because I was picking it up on my 15min break. I arrived at the location only to find that my order had not been given to the cook. Instead of being back at work in 15min I was sitting in Eleanors waiting for my food to be cooked. While I waited I read over the menu and it looked pretty good. Once I received my order, I returned to work and sat at my desk to eat my breakfast. I was not prepared for all the surprises. My Bacon, Egg, and Cheese omelet had, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Oh no, I didn't ask for any of those extras. I asked for Bacon Egg and cheese. My homefries was dressed up with the same thing, onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. The menu never gave me a clue all the other things would be added. I'm sure that would have been a delight for many but for me, I usually want exactly what I order. If I decide to return I will have to be very very specific and hopefully when they say it'll be ready in 10min, they mean it. Upgrading the menu, might help customers like me.
