The servers were wonderful and did everything they could to make a bad situation bearable. We made a reservation and arrived on time, however, our food took nearly 2 hours. I understand that the bar and the restaurant share a kitchen but I would think that tables with reservations would get priority. If I would have walked into the bar and it was busy I would have expected to wait. It was an unreasonable amount of time to wait for food with a reservation. I knew that we would be hungry when we arrived which is why I made the reservation. Again, servers were great but you need to figure out another way to support the kitchen if they will continue to share. You can't have people wait 2 hours for their food.
As always, the brunch buffet was delicious! The staff was attentive and friendly, and the holiday decorations made for an enjoyable meal!
While staying at the Hilton, we dined at Eliot’s bar and Fuentes (aka Nano!) was awesome. He handled his tables with perfection. His memory when taking orders is second to none. Sodas are topped up without having to ask. He is amazing at what he does and deserves all good things coming his way! The food was very good as well. We had pizza, wings (delicious!), smash burger, squash soup, Caesar salad (wish they’d stuck with romaine lettuce on this), and wagyu hot dog. Very nice relaxing area to grab a bite with a bar and TVs.

Unfortunately, even though there was only 7 tables with people the waiter said the kitchen was backed up and the buffet was the only option. The buffet had minimal items and nothing had been replenished, the food was cold and old. So the food experience was not the greatest. The loudness wass good with the minimal attendance, the latte was great, and the waiter was good. The price was supposed to be discounted from being a gold status member and having a food and beverage credit. But the final bill from the hotel did not reflect.
Sunday night November.
Eliot’s Bar at Hilton downtown is an excellent find, great food, decent prices, and outstanding service from Scott behind the bar (makes a good whisky sour).
The atmosphere invites easy conversation and a relaxed chat over a drink and bar food. It’s a genuinely good spot to unwind, and the kind of place that makes you want to come back.
3 screens for games and if you want to be quiet and chill then you can - no pressure.

This a a great hotel bar. The bartender made the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had at a hotel bar. For that reason I’m giving 5 stars. Expect hotel bar prices but worth it in my opinion.

Brunch on Cleveland Browns Sunday. 1-you need a reservation, highly recommended. 2-get there before 10:30 am if you want to order off the menu, after 10:31 buffet only is your option. 3- be patient, understaffed, Browns Sunday always packed. 4- food is good 5- cocktails take a long time to come to the table, need another bartender also
Our server was very friendly and attentive, but food was nothing special, IMO. The walleye dish was odd, served crispy rather than the usual baked or broiled. The meatballs were standard fare, again, nothing special. Overall, the menu was rather limited in choices.
The food was old and had a strong, unpleasant smell. Very disappointing and definitely not fresh
We didn't get food this time, just drinks but anytime we have been here we everything has been great. I dont really understand the low rating.

I stopped in to get a drink to take back to my room after a long day of work, the bar was very busy and service was going at a steady (no urgency) pace. But in the end I got a good Manhattan to take up and I’d definitely go again. The vibes in the bar are pure Hilton. So nothing to go out of your way for.

I would not recommend the chicken wings from this place. They had no flavor, very dry and barely cooked.

Our family went for the Mother's Day brunch and it was really lovely! The food choices were fantastic, but the service was was really stood out! Everyone one was kind, helpful and cheerful!!! Valerie greeted us at the door and handed my wife a mimosa. she immediately set the tone for a wonderful lunch by smiling and warmly welcoming us! Our server, Ryan was helpful and really good with the kids—making them laugh and taking special care to keep them included. Marquita was so helpful and went out of her way to take care of anything we had questions about! It was an awesome experience and we will be back!!!
Everything was great but the people working here made it special. The personable hostesses and great waitress served us with warmth and caring attitudes.
Overall the experience for Mother's day was good. It was nice that they provided mothers with a complementary mimosa, but there appeared to be flowers too which we did not receive. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and were escorted to our table, but it took over 10 minutes for our server to arrive, take a drink order and let us know about the buffet. Additionally, the server did not greet the table or the guest of honor with a Happy Mother's Day. We simply received a "you want coffee?" The food was OK. It wasn't great, but was serviceable for the Occasion. I think a carving station would have been nice. All meats were pre-sliced and let in serving vessels. The Omelette station was great, with affable cooks. The meats, potatoes and french toast with accompaniments were also good. The pre-sliced meats in serving dishes as mediocre at best. However the smoked salmon and fresh fruit were tasty. As for the Shrimp, they were amazing, very large with a great cocktail sauce. However, the crab claws were frozen an one side, waterlogged and tasteless. The oyster's were not plentiful and the mignonette sauce weak. I only got the servers name upon leaving when the hostess asked for my opinion on the afternoon. Additionally, I had to return to the restaurant because no one advised that the valet ticket required a stamp to receive the Mother's day pricing. Overall, the Brunch was OK. I'm not sure that I would make this my go to attempt again for a Specialty Brunch. There are other restaurants at the top of my list that I would attempt to access first before returning the the Burnham. But it is in my vault of places to go should I need a fall back position.
