The location and atmosphere is very nice. It has plenty of spaces where you can sit comfortably and enjoy a drink. Our drinks were good but definitely pricey. Service was very slow for not being busy.

Dennis, behind the bar, was absolutely fabulous, when I sat and asked how the Old Fashioned's are made. My specificity regarding an old fashioned I'll pay for, can rub some people the wrong way, but he was more than accommodating and ensured that it was made just like I preferred. ❤️?
I cannot recommend this bar more. The bone marrow meal, was an elevation I did not expect. Seating is plentiful, the ambiance is classy yet casual fun, and even as a local, I'll be back!

Great drinks, great ambiance, great atmosphere & great bartenders. My expresso martini was perfect and the bar tenders were extremely accommodating to me and my party! Beautiful area for a night cap or to catch a game.

I loved my stay with my family, they were very attentive, the rooms were comfortable, clean and the view was impressive. I want to return in the summer.
So we visited Elliott’s bar because we were in the Cleveland hotel Hilton. I’d say if you’re going here for a drink, it’s probably fine but you’re getting food be prepared for not so good table service, and questionable food. I wish I had better things to say but hopefully they can get better staff. It may make the experience a little better.

The wine was delicious. Ordered soup and sent it back as it was cold. Ordered pizza and did not eat it. There was a ton of raw flower on the bottom of it & some slices didn't even have any cheese. Our waitress never came back to refresh our drinks and we had to ask her to do so nor did she check up on us after we got our food. We mentioned to her that we were dissatisfied with our pizza she stated she would need to tell the manager and we asked to speak with him. The waitress came back and said the manager took the pizzas off. We found it rude the manager did not come out himself so we asked her again to please have him come to our table and he finally did. I was expecting a finer dining experience from a Hilton.

All of the food is overpriced. The worst calamari I’ve had possibly ever. It was hard and inedible. This made my stomach upset for the rest of our meal.

Love the Hilton! So comfortable and has all the accommodations for the stay. Also, close to anything you want for entertainment and dining. A great travel experience.
First night, wasn’t even acknowledged. (Wasn’t busy)Second night you would have thought I asked Dennis for a kidney.Horrible customer service.

Great Bar to stop in before Browns game. Fast Bar service. CC only
Perfect location, accessible room was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the TV was great with all the channels for our favorite shows. Check -in was easy as was checking out! My wife used the fitness center and she said it was excellent.
Stayed a few nights for business. Well kept hotel with very efficient service when using the Hilton app. Close to East 4th street restaurants. Very safe area, felt secure waking near the hotel at night. Minor annoyance is that the coffee shop in the lobby does not take cash. A good choice for business travelers.
Thank God for the few staff that helped / were hospitable. Operationally, not good sadly either. First right not respected by too many also, especially as a paying customer. Invest time in researching alternative options for a holistc travel experience.
*This review is a warning for future potential guests looking for a quite hotel or somewhere to stay with young children. Have wanted to stay at this location due to the central location to sports venues and awesome views of the lake, Browns stadium and downtown. Finally got a chance while taking my 10 yr old son and wife to see a Guardians game this past weekend. While the facility is excellent, the management of the property left us regretting our decision: - The hotel is not intended for families with young children. Every elevator we took and trip to the lobby was met with harassment from severely intoxicated guests of the hotel, either screaming obscenities at each other or shouting at my son and wife. -The hotel management did not address these issues until I had enough of it and alerted the front desk at 1am, unable to sleep because of the screaming throughout our floor from other guests. Their response was that they had only two security guards on duty and could not be expected to maintain a consistent atmosphere throughout a 32 floor facility. - Two security for 32 floors of rooms, bars, and restaurants does not seem like a properly managed hotel. I will admit that when I pointed out a guest that had previously harassed my family in the elevator area, the one available security I saw addressed this immediately with the drunken guest, resulting in the local police being called to the lobby to further assist. - I thought it would be a cool experience to view the lake and surrounding area from the 32nd floor restaurant / bar once we got back from the Guardians game. I discovered this was not possible with a young family as there is a 21 yr and older age requirement. - While elevators have the ability to only allow guests with key card access to exit on their floor, we found this was not used by the hotel allowing guests, non-guests, and even some prostitutes which we encountered on one elevator trip to access the entire building. My son and wife had concerns for their safety, this is the first hotel experience where i have ever had to worry about something like that. - Key cards were not required to enter the building at night either we found. - After trying to sleep with all the noise and multiple calls / visits to the front desk to address our concerns, we finally asked for another room. So, at 3am, my wife, 10 yr old son, and I were wandering the halls of the hotel and taking our luggage to a new room so we hopefully could sleep a few hours. - We had breakfast reservations scheduled at the on-site restaurant and waited 20 minutes before a server came to take a drink order or acknowledge us, even with a mostly empty restaurant. We were then told that they could only make one waffle order at a time so our breakfast would take some time to complete. The hotel manager did end up apologizing and comping our stay but we have learned our lesson and will definitely find another hotel to stay at with future trips to Cleveland. I am writing this review as a warning for future guests that may be there with a young family or looking for a quite, safe, and relaxing stay.
