Convenience store atmosphere. I ordered a vanilla latte. Tasted like equal parts slim milk, water, and weak coffee. With a hint of vanilla. Don't bother.

They serve hot coffee which is completely cold. I bought four hot coffees, and all were cold and had to throw them all away. It was a really bad experience.

This is really embarrassing! It took forever to get 2 iced coffees and then they were so horrible we threw them both in the trash. They were not mixed properly and the whole process of making them was an embarrassment. A Very low class place. Understaffed with no experience. Owners should not be in business in America!

The nastiest lady I have ever met in the service industry.I was a bother to her when asking for coffee. She actually had to look up and get off her game on her phone.Then she asked me how I was paying. Told her cash, she got nasty again and said there was a coin shortage and I would have to use exact cash or get all pennies back.I pondered on using a card but legal tender is cash and we are definitely not in a coin shortage!We exchanged words neither one using good ones. I refuse to give this place my card.
The lady that was working at 7am on 2/21/21 was rude. Didn’t try to communicate with me. Barely did her job. You could tell she wanted to be anywhere else but work. Probably shouldn’t work with the public

Security line was absolutely FILTHY!! There was trash and rubbed in gum and other unrecognizable disgusting things in that carpet - and having to remove shoes was an INSULT!! Not only are we having to walk on that horrific carpet, but to have to put our now gross socks back into our shoes was unbelievable!!
