I recently ate shawarma from here and unfortunately felt very sick afterward. It might be a good idea to review the freshness and quality of the food.

How often is the shawarma prepared, and how often is the garlic sauce made? Is the shawarma stored in the fridge and reheated later? I hope the restaurant checks their food handling to ensure everything is fresh and safe for customers.

Very bad experience. The food was cold and disgusting, and the service was terrible. After eating there, my son got very sick and we had to take him to the hospital. I would not recommend this place never again

Ferris Shawarma is my go to place for the best tasting Chicken Shawarma and silky smooth hummus in Cleveland. I prefer eating in, but usually end up carryout. I order the shawarma on hummus and it comes with fattoush etc. It's enough for two meals.I love their hot sauce but my favorite is the garlic toum...it has a real bite.
Service is good and the guys in the front always greet with a smile.

Overall pretty good. Good service, good seating options, and good food. The thing is that I thought there would be bigger meat portions and that this would be cheaper than your average restaurant. If you’re an adult who eats more than average, expect to spend $20 or more per person

Ferris Shawarma is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern spots in Cleveland. The food tastes authentic and fresh every single time. The chicken and beef shawarma are perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The garlic sauce is bold without being overpowering, and when you get it with fries and salad on a platter, it’s a full, satisfying meal.

Everything tastes high quality and genuinely halal. You can tell they care about how the food is prepared. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and nothing feels rushed or cheap.

On top of that, the service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout.

If you’re in Cleveland and craving real shawarma done right, Ferris is absolutely worth it. Consistent, flavorful, and authentic every time

The food is good but they have reduced the quality as much as the price don’t justify…
Recommendations for owners compare the quality to other nearby other halal options

There is no better place present Arabic Shawarma than Ferris, may Allah bless them for their good service and honesty .. yesterday, I tried to order by DoorDash as usual, I couldn’t because of the weather, when I called the restaurant, the owner insist to send me what I wanted with his son after he knew that I used to eat from them weakly for almost 2 years, he refused to take the money but I paid anyway . I mean .. good heart definitely makes the best Shawarma ever . Thank you Ferris .. You are the best ..

I drove from Pennsylvania to your location and placed an order as soon as I opened. Unfortunately, The French fries were burnt. I was very disappointed with the quality, especially after making the drive. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Want to vomit your brains out? Sure go here! Decided to try it for the first time, started with the fries. They tasted water logged and old. Thought that's okay, maybe the Shawarma will be great. I took a bit and tasted the most mediocre chicken i've ever had. Then wondering what the taste was, I realized there is hair all over wrapped inside the Shawarma. This is not a small piece of hair, it is all over the thing. I'm sick writing this and I will NEVER order here again. I will also advice everyone I know to stay away!
